I got to this wendys and saw the line was long and stuck in there because I was hungry. It took about 20 mins total to get my food and drive away but it appeared they were short staffed. I got to the order screen and was politely asked my order and then told to drive around. It took about 5 mins with the cars in front of me but when I got to the window the service was perfect and the food came out hot and delicious. They are doing great especially for being what I would assume was understaffed. Would have given 6 stars but there's no option ???

After waiting in the drive through behind one car for a good 20 minutes I got my order. After noticing I had not gotten any dipping sauce (no big deal) I went back around let Zae know that someone had forgotten to put any in my bag and asked him if he could hand me some. He had handed me one and I asked him just for a few more. Then then proceeded to sigh and tell me “bruh just pull forward” I pulled forward, went inside and got them from him. Then I had told him he needed to watch his attitude toward customers, which may not have been the best phrase of words at that moment, nevertheless he proceeded to say as I was walking away (in an aggressive tone in front of customers) “I’ll watch my attitude when you watch yours” overall it was not a very pleasant experience on my end and I would venture to guess for everyone else who witnessed the encounter. Food was really good though.

Drive thru experience today: food was great, order was filled correctly, customer service sucked! The woman who took our order sounded miserable. You would've thought she had a natural vendetta against us and that our families had been feuding for years. (Obviously exaggerated) But honestly, the attitude she served up was unnecessary. Do better!

I went to the drive thu tonight when I was ordering the lady had a additude while taking the order I stated multiple times to make the order fresh and she brushed it off like I didn't say it after ordering went to pick up the food and it's room temperature other than the microwave chillie that was hot our fries and burgers were not. This is not the first time this happened but I'm fed up with it so hopefully can help

Thanks for helping myself and my son! I will update when I get his name. I work doing doordash and this worker has been so sweet and caring when we have picked up orders it’s nice to know we have a supportive community . While I wait for the daycare shortage to no longer effect our state and continue to bring my son to work I appreciate all the help and support and the very kind words :). I myself have celiacs hopefully my son won’t and we can enjoy a treat or two in the future here with his favorite Wendy’s worker ^.^ thank you so much

I wish all the drive-thru food establishments would put their sanitation rating signs at the drive-thru menus!! I am one who does NOT eat at any dining facility that has a sanitation rating below 95 and I, and I'm sure others, would like to see the sanitation rating prior to paying! It would save the restaurant man-hours for I cancel orders once I get to get to the pay window and the rating is below 95!

Guy who waited on us was very pleasant. No line and did not have to wait long. Also brought food to the table. Workers here are very friendly and pleasant. Food was good.

I don't really have a review but I do have a goal to post a picture of my dog on everything that Google asks me to review. Enjoy his majesty

There was no sense of urgency and my nuggets were cold and barely any fries in my box. At least my sandwich was good.

We stopped yesterday afternoon to go through the drive thru. There where a couple of cars in front of us. No biggy. We sat for a few, moved up. We sat at the speaker for a few minutes I said hello, the kid said give me just a moment, okay. More time goes by, again I say something then a lady comes on asking to wait for another moment, again I waited, by now there are vehicles that have pulled up behind us and then left I keep waiting. After 20 minutes of waiting and no one taking my order I pulled away letting the vehicles behind me know the drive thu was closed and just to go around. So I did it, I went around and parked and went inside. There was 1 person in the dinning room waiting to be waited on. Evidently she'd been waiting for awhile to also place her order and walked away. They where filling the door dash orders and ignoring everyone else,Which cost them hundreds just that day. Anyhow the manager told the kid up front to take a drive thru order I spoke up and oh heck no, I had sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and they could take our order. She gave excuses, which I understand the staff shortage, but shut down the drive thru and concentrate on what you can see verses making customers upset, then they can see what's going on. Well we placed our order, and I finally go to eat my sandwich today, I got the Asiago bacon ranch, I DID NOT ASK FOR SPICEY at all becauseof my acid reflux. Well it's f'n spicy. Thanks Wendy's for ruining my meal and experience 2 days in a row. Your restaurant I'll go to no more.
