Lots have changed. The Wendy's on western Blvd and hyway 17 south was dirty. The tables were wiped down with a dirty rag left unsightly dirt marks on the tables. Order monitors and mounts had finger prints all over the back of them. The floor needed sweeping...I was there about 6pm today today, 5-19-22. I should have taken pictures. The place needs a in-depth general cleaning. The food was good.
It's April 16th 2022, 6:50 There was one car ahead of us. They finally got service. I turned my stopwatch on over 2 mins we waited and no one got on the speaker to take our order. We drove around and there was no car at the window but we could see the employee standing there talking to someone else. This is the last time we will try and eat there. This is also the 3rd time in a row we left because they were not taking orders. By the way, after my husband blew his horn and told the guy at the window "hey, there's a line" (3 cars were behind us) we saw them FINALLY taking care of at least the next person. Ridiculous!!!! I know people don't want to work and stores are short staffed but when they aren't busy there is no excuse any longer! I hate to say it but people need a wake up call, start letting people go or close the store!
Literally have an issue every single time I come here. They rush you through the drive-thru asking if your order is done before you even finish speaking. The workers are all rude. They also forget some aspect of your order entirely. They don’t forget to charge you what you ordered, but they WILL forget to give it to you. Just go to a different Wendy’s, this one is not worth your time or money.
I don't really have a review to give but I do have a goal to put a picture of my dog on every place that Google asked me to review. Enjoy his majesty
Horrible customer service..I stood at the counter for 16 minutes (literally, I timed it) no one acknowledged me! All working in front of me..I finally asked someone if I could have a chair , to wait as I have a leg injury and had been waiting a while..she started immediately making excuses..we had call outs..etc. there were 6 employees working, I ran restaurants, they were not short staffed they were merely not working efficiently at all. There was no management everyone seemed to be doing their own thing. They were only concentrating on call in orders and drive through..completely ignoring the customers in the lobby. My sore leg and money went else..As did everyone I spoke to on the way out...they never even attempted an apology.
Sorry but I would rather not even give them a star! The manager was RUDE as heck. My husband sandwich was raw took it back. She made a nasty comment grabbed it and said nothing was wrong with it. What happened to customers are always right. Close the dang store and Fire Them All.
Rude/slow worker on 2/5 at 11:42 pm. Said thank you and have a goodnight and didn’t get anything back but a dirty look. Also saw the mop bucket out and I hope she washed her hands. Thanks for the rudeness! I will not be returning thank you.
They have got some of the rudest slowest people working there I've ever encountered in a fast food restaurant. I stopped there today, while waiting in line, I said to my husband they take one person's order, have them pull up take their money and get their food before they take another customers food order. The lady working the drive thru came over the speaker and said you don't have to wait in line you can leave I said excuse me. She repeated it and I said you are rude, and literally did not wait on us. So after a minute more of waiting and no service we left, because my husband didn't want to take the chance of his food being spit in/on. But this Wendy's is ALWAYS this slow always.
I wax not greeted at the drive thru window, just told my fee. It was given to me without a thank you...very unfriendly and rude to be at the drive-thru...food was good ??
Stoped here late to get food before we got a hotel. I don't know if the lady working was tired or what but she was like huffing when we were ordering you could here she was frustrated. Then when we pulled up she was yelling at another worker. She said if it's more then 3 drinks it goes in a holder. She must have been training but no need to yell.
