Best Texas Road House location yet. I was traveling this week through SC & NC and I ate at a Texas Roadhouse every day for 4 days. This is by far the best one. My Bartender was Canon (I think), her manager was a lady that had tended bar here for 10 years and I think she is the reason this place runs so smoothly. She is a super star. Cannon was great as well, by her self behind the bar, and it was busy but she came through like a champ. Used name cards, gave you rolls without asking, lettuce was crisp, fresh, and cold. Ribs were great. everything was on point. service, management coming by to check on you, and the food. I wish this was my local restaurant, I would eat here at least once a week. Thanks for a really great meal!!!
This restaurant is a perfect example of what every restaurant should strive to be here in Jacksonville. From the cleanliness when you walk in to the upbeat attitudes of the staff I just love this place. Their steak selection is fantastic too! I definitely keep this in my top 3. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a fun atmosphere, great staff and even better food!!
Wonderful establishment. Great customer service. Exquisite steaks! Love the music, I mean who doesn’t love that COUNTRY JAM!!! I would rate 5/5 but my steak was undercooked a bit but not too bad it was still edible and I love this place! THANK YOU LOVE YOU GUYS AND WE APPRECIATE YOU FROM- the Sears family
I really like the BBQ chicken sandwich. It wasn't dry at all, and it was juicy as well. I recommend this and the fried pickles. Enjoy!
We had awesome service today…they were very busy but our server Inna was very attentive! The food came out pretty fast and everything was just as we ordered.
Our food was delicious except for the fried pickles. I may have been spoiled by the Fiery Crab in Columbia SC. The management was gracious enough to take them off. Our server did show attentiveness most of the time. I may be old but the music played to loud. Kelly, Karen and I had a wonderful time together even with issues.
My family and I went here for the 1st time last Sunday. We were celebrating Valentine's Day. Everything was awesome. The food was great and the service was outstanding! Our waitress was very attentive and checked on us often. She was very friendly and seem to enjoy her job (don't get that a lot these days) It was Super Bowl Sunday so it was crowded but we lacked nothing on our visit. I liked the glass put up to separate the tables, Covid is still present. We really enjoyed ourselves, we will definitely be back!!!
Don't order the grilled chicken salads to go. They changed up the box and it's now just a little bigger then the side salad. I had to add my husband's side salad to my grilled chicken salad for the second time now to have a decent sized grilled chicken salad. We usually eat inside and visit the Texas Roadhouse once a week so I'm definitely a fan but just watch with ordering to go. Looks like the portions are much smaller. Don't think I'll be ordering anymore to go orders.
