Every single item ordered was made incorrectly, with only minor things requested different. Soft taco with no lettuce and a chalupa with no sour cream.
Ordered 2 Black Bean Crunch Wraps. I don’t eat meat. There’s meat in it.Ordered online and the order wasn’t prepared properly. They had 30 minutes to get it right. Tragic
This is the 3rd time. The 2d time I spoke with their Regional Manager and he had his crew make me two bean burritos on the spot. Well, today I stopped by and this is what I got. This is supposed to be a bean burrito fresco style…. This is the ???? this business sales the people. Completely disappointed at the entire staff and its leadership. Frankly, this is trash. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO THEIR MAIN OFFICE.
I don’t understand why it’s so hard for your employees to fill an order that’s spelled out for them. I ordered on the app and took all of the guesswork out of it for your less than average employees. Shorted us a taco, shorted us all hot sauce ordered, and shorted us sour cream on 2 taco supremes. Nobody cares that your employees probably hate their jobs, bottom line is they chose to work there, so they need to do their job correctly. Trash.
This Taco Bell is a hit or miss at times. My wife had ordered here and the entire order was wrong. I know people have a bad day, but an entire order being wrong isn't great either.
We ordered online for pickup in the drive thru and when we got there was told I had to come in. I was not dressed to come in since I picked drive thru and on top of that my family is just getting over having covid so we were not trying to go in anywhere. When I asked if it was a restaurant policy or corporate I was told they didn't know. I told them I was going to call corporate and she said fine go ahead.
I ordered 3 simple $5 boxes through the Taco Bell app. Not a single box was correct. Received two boxes and items thrown in a bag. The chalupas, Crunchwrap supreme and beef supreme burrito I was missing was replaced by a couple bean burritos and a soft taco that looked like it was stepped on. If the store had been busy I could maybe understand but they had no line in the drive through and maybe 2 people inside.
The burrito was good, and so were the cinnamon twists. But the taco was a very poor excuse for a taco. Almost no meat and the flour tortilla was smaller than they used to be. The freeze drink was excellent though.
We basically paid $8 for a soda two of the tacos were doughy and soggy, one of them was basically just the tortilla, and it was like the other one was sitting there a while it was a little hard and it wasn’t even hot. Never again. bruh don’t go there.
I get the wrong food pretty much every time I eat here. I get it, it’s fast food. But if you’re paying your employees $16 to slap food into a microwave I would at least expect it to be the right food. $11 for two burritos and a Baja blast is ridiculous, especially when that’s not what you get. Congratulations, you’ve managed to mess up an entry level job at 25 years old.
