Twice I did orders, within two days. Paid for it. Minutes later I receive an email saying I ordered on the following day for pick up the following day. This was after I did a screenshot of the order saying pick up for the correct day. Subway said the don’t know where it’s at, they have not received it. Manager was conveniently not there. But money was taken out. Here we are, the following day, and they didn’t get the order for yesterday, for pick up today instead of yesterday. This is ridiculous! Two different orders, two different accounts.

It's a subway.But I do have to say the employee was by herself & she was busy. She was friendly & quick. She rocked it. Wish I would have gotten her name.We were there on 11-10-21 around 11:30am

I Want it to be known this review is for the subway in piney green area in North carolina. Went in to get subs for dinner employee was working by her self and overloaded on orders. The problem is she wasn't wearing gloves when I arrived and was making subs for online orders. My problem with that was she had missing finger nails (fake ones) on both hands and a bandaid on her left thumb. Thank God she put gloves on before she made my subs. Then when I got home I realized she gave me one of my subs and one of the other orders. Normally I would have just eaten that wrong sub and not say anything but I had just watched her make that sub with no gloves!!! So in the trash my dinner goes, thanks subway!

Fast service.

i ordered a turkey italiano and only got turkey. when i called about it, i didnt even get an apology. in fact, i was the one accused of not being able to read. i live 20 minutes away and they expected me to drive all the way back. how about y'all learn how to make orders correctly?

Young man was polite but spoke very low had to have him keep repeating what he said. Good food.

One of my favorite fast food places so a little biased. The employees know my order by heart and I get good customer service and a quality sandwich everytime! Forever customer.

Order made wrong. Was told, it wasn't made wrong at first. Subs were mixed up with wrong things put on them. Was told to come back and they would re-make them, but too far away. While the person I spoke to was nice, and very understanding, Subway has no policy to refund online ordered for missing anything; you should do a little better control over when this happens. You're too expensive to make these mistakes. To be honest, the food industry on the east coast has major problem with "just read". It's a rampant problem in fast food industry. Not much subway wants to do when they mess up. No-body deserves anything for free, but I certainly think subway would do wonders giving people back money for something they didn't get. Just seems like the right thing to do for people, but we live in 2021 where the "right thing, is hampered by policy, and profit only". The food artist who answered, she was kind, not her fault they "can't do anything about it". Guess I'll add this location to my "never go back to list"Thanks

I would not recommend this Subway. I purchased 2 foot long sandwiches only which came to $17.87. They had very little meat on them, mostly bread and I couldn't use the promo code that was suggested in the app.
