Younger workers don’t seem to have respect for customers and always act like like talking to the customer is a burden. Multiple times we have come in and seen one worker rudely telling everyone else to do. Have also ordered online and had the order messed up or nasty old vegetables put on sandwich.
The service was not so well on a Saturday morning had to wait to be served and make it bad I wasn’t unable to bring my service dog with in the store
I wasn't overly impressed. Grounds were in poor shape. Interior seemed dirty and staff was somewhat inept and lackluster. Probably won't choose that location again.
Staff were very nice and my sub was as it should.
I googled this subway before going there to make sure they served breakfast. I was hesitant because of all the bad reviews, but I had a completely different experience. Firstly, I called there and the lady working was very nice on the phone. She even took the order and made it while I was on my way there, so it was waiting when I arrived. Not only was the lady incredibly polite and friendly, the store was SUPER clean. Another customer asked 'are you not open for business yet? ' and mentioned all the covers over the food. She said, 'all food is MEANT to be covered at all times.' which shows that this store also carries higher cleanliness standards than others here in Jacksonville.I was a little suspicious that the reviews on here were horrible then great then horrible. I wondered if the positive ones were paid for. I can say however that I am a customer that is sitting in the parking lot right this moment, having just got my food, and feel like this subway went above and beyond my expectations in staff and cleanliness. I wish my receipt had the employees name on it but sadly it doesn't, it only says served by: 92' so whoever you are, 92, thank you for the wonderful service!
Literally the lady up there is so rude. I was waiting for an order for 5 minutes before someone came up front and started making it. Then someone came in behind me and the lady told them to quit making my order and make the other lady so I said “I’ve been waiting” and the lady proceeds to say “to bad” and I said again “I’ve been waiting five minutes already” and she said “Sucks your early” there where no other customers in the store the whole time I was waiting until the person came in behind me. So I said whatever and waited for my food. Afterwards I told the lady “hey I wasn’t trying to be rude when I was telling you I had been waiting and I really didn’t appreciate how you reacted” she proceeds to tell me that I am being disrespectful when I was APOLOGIZING! And the manager just stood there listening!!!

I came to this subway to order 6 footling subs Skyler refuse to make my 6 subs told me she can only make me 4 subs or it would be considered a catering so I made my 4 subs and had to drive all the way to another subway to get my other 2 subs I called every subway in Jacksonville and the said they didn't have any rule like this when I called Skyler she refuse to givee the corporate phone number not only did she lie she also defuse a sale thatadeomey for your store she is not a employee thatI would want to represent my business name or one who cares about make sale or money
Quick service and nicely convenient to get a quick dinner, when you realize you have nothing at home to eat.
Both employees a guy and girl were high. Place an online order and when my daughter brought it back 2 orders were wrong and my sub had mayo which i am allergic to. I didnt add it on my sub and when i called in and explained to the guy he told me he was busy with other customers. I drove up there and was given no apologies except at the end he said sorry. These two were clearly high as heck. Two turtles gettin busy moved faster than these two. My wife is currently on hold for the past 15 minutes trying to get the owners contact info. I wont be getting subway anytime soon. Food wasnt good. Threw the bad sub to the dog and he walked away from it.
