Ordered online at this location. Arrived, attempted to show them the app but they told me to go to the Walmart Subway. Having had this happen before, we had confirmed the location before ordering. Of course after going to Walmart location, had to go back to this location. At which point they laughed and said “oh it was as over there.” I don’t believe they even attempted to apologize. I called back afterwards to get the owners name to share my concern but then was told it was my fault for not giving them the correct name on the order. They never checked the name nor asked me the order, just said I had the wrong place, even though I tried to show them the app where the order was placed. Obviously like many other places, this Subway is having trouble finding help/good help. Poor customer service to automatically assume he customer ordered at the wrong place and not take 10 seconds to listen.
Came in and was immediately welcomed by Kim and Mato. They were so kind and friendly and completely took me by surprise. It was the first time I ever received this level of service at a subway. Great work guys, awesome job!
Worst Subway Ever! They don't even deserve 1 star and they certainly don't know how to make a sandwich if their life depended on it.Two separate orders on two different days and for some reason they can't get it right. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN! The only thing this store can serve you is lazy, rude, incompetent employees. Go to one of the other 3 Subways locations here in Jacksonville if you want your sandwich done right!!!
Horrible. Couldn't make a sandwich right even with the instructions right in front of them. Asked for toasted, wasn't. Ordered a hot sandwich with extra meat, was ice cold and barely had anything on it. They basically charged me extra for something I didn't receive. Worst Subway I've ever been to!!!!!
I got a sandwich there on Saturday 7/10 around 1pm, I only ate not even 1/2 the sandwich and about 2 hrs later was so sick. Here it is Monday 7/12 and still not feeling good. I called the store only to be told to call around to several different Subways to find the manager, the person who answered the phone was beyond rude. I have notified the health department of this instance. They will be going out there. I wouldn’t order from there again if it was the last place on earth to eat. ????
Today April 13th, 2021 I made the mistake of eating here around 1pm. 1st worker cut her self while making my sandwich. She kept making it, holding her cut hand back until the next worker came and grabbed it to finish it. The next worker tops my sand which and cuts it. I was thinking she used a different knife “WRONG”” she used the same knife and how I figured this out was when I bit into it and a giant piece of glove came out of it ?. I contacted the store (have it on recording) they denied me the franchise owners information; they also denied me the managers information. She even lied about cutting her hand. I contacted the health Department. By law your location has to pay for my testing since I was exposed to your workers bodily fluid. She needs to be tested and so do I. Someone needs to constant me ASAP. I will now be contacting OSHA. Anyone who ate here after 1pm on this date. You were exposed to a workers bodily fluid.

The place nasty. Associates were cleaning but still the floors were nasty. Looked like they used dirty water to mop the floor. Not friendly, no welcome nor thank you. But I will declare, they quick .
I don't normally do this however the quality tonight was completely unacceptable. I don't even think it deserves 1 star but I couldn't post unless I selected 1. I placed an online order for 2 sandwiches, 4 cookies and 2 drinks. When it was received the bread wasn't even completely cooked. It was totally soggy and mush. They were totally unetable and both sandwhiches had to be thrown out. They did not put my cookies or one drink in my bag. So basically I just paid 30+ dollars for a sprite. I tried to call multiple times to come to a resolution via phone and they dont even answer their calls. Not good business!!!
