This place is ALWAYS out of something! If it’s not ingredients then it’s straws, if it’s not straws, then it’s something else. And don’t bother going later in the evening, that’s when they really are “out of things” (I think to not have to dirty cleaned up machines and makery items). So overly frustrating. I know this store has a lot of volume so whoever does inventory needs to STEP IT UP!
To start, if a customer is waiting at the window for almost 15 minutes for a food item to be heated, that’s a knock off for one star. And the second star I am knocking off, is because a worker named Tasha I think. If you come up to me, ask what i’m waiting for and I respond the slightest agitated. I wasn’t even harsh or cursing, belittling, or mocking? I said what I was waiting for and moved on, but what kind of professionalism is Starbucks teaching their employees to turn around, walk away, and and say “uhh why does she have a attitude?” in a snarky giggle? Yes I have a attitude, i’ve been waiting for 15 minutes and my attitude consisted of “my ham and Swiss panini or something” I’ve already had bad wait times with this location, messed up orders, mixed up orders, yet I still come back and give my money. Well that was the icing on the cake for me. Lack of professionalism.
This particular Starbucks does often have long Lines but I will say they don’t care to sit there and recommend every drink on the menu and explain everything in the drink that you have in question I think they go above and beyond trying to help the customer find the perfect drink that would make them happy.
Great staff. Great Coffee. Drive-Thru gets a little odd at times. Be sure and look for the line. Folks will blow a nasty horn if you cut on accident. ?
We always stop to get a Chai Latte for me, and my daughter loves her cookie crumble Frappuccino with extra chocolate drizzle. We always get good customer care at whatever Starbucks we stop at in Jacksonville, NC.
We stopped to get Starbucks on 01/29/2022 and ordered a grande brown sugar shaken expresso and got a cup of ice:( we had to wait 30 minutes for it too. We were pretty disappointed.
Hey alot of people will agree while some will do the opposite but I think this is the best coffee place ever it makes me a Millionaire feel like a billionaire ?? that says alot.
Great experience with friendly service including greeting as we walked up. Had a mango refresher and just relaxed with my wife.
Gave them $100 on an order that was about $9.94. When confronted, they told me I only gave a $20. Employee who took my order apparently had a hard time counting 3 quarters, 2 dimes, and a hundred dollar bill. They gave me $11 dollars back and refused to help fix the situation. A $20 looks a lot different than a $100. Will never return considering they seem to steal. Very unsatisfied.
Always have my order messed up by this starbucks. I’ve given them atleast 20 try’s but they always can’t get a simple coffee correct. The people at this starbucks are usually either rude or not sincere. Save yourself the mistake and drive to the starbucks across from the jacksonville mall they are always on point.
