The staff here is so kind and friendly. It truly makes my day to see such a busy team still stopping to pause and be personable with each guest. This location is BUSY in the mornings and the hustle of this team is unsurpassed.My only complaint is that the air conditioning in the building is set to Antarctica. I love popping in to do work here on my laptop but have recently had to stop because it’s just too cold to sit for more than 15-20 minutes, even with a jacket.

Very polite and professional staff, always willing to accommodate, adjust or remake your order if not to expectations. Like most Starbucks, peak hours have long drive thru lines and can move a little slow but I'd say having a correct order is better than being rushed away with the wrong one.
Always enjoy my coffee and the atmosphere here. And anytime I haven't liked my drink, they've either added whatever I wanted or made an entirely new drink with no extra cost!
I ordered a Venti Caramel Ribbon Crunch Frappe and my drink came out completely watery. I walked into the store and had my drink remade. The workers remade it the same exact way and it was still watery. It didn’t even look like they used ice to make my drink.
Pretty upset and used to love coming to the Starbucks but lately some reason all of my drinks have been incorrect and today I placed an order for four different drinks it was nearly $35 and they all tasted horrible. I’m not sure if it’s something to do with the espresso machine because all of ours did have espresso and it tasted really burnt.
Good customer service. Walk in takes a little longer as some drinks that customers order take time to make. Indoor seating has a nice vine to it.
Took a long time for my order but the coffee was hot and delicious ?.
If you are going to change your hours of operation as a well established business, maybe the first step should be updating the hours on main basic platforms. Google says closes at 10pm and so does Google map and THE STARBUCKS APP ITSELF. If you’re going to drastically change the closing time from 10pm to 4:30pm that’s a big change that should be updated.
I come here often, multiple times a week I would say. I’ve never had an experience similar to what happened today. Not only did I wait in the drive-through line for about 30 minutes but once I got to the window I had to ask them to remake my drink because I could tell just from looking at it that they added way too much water to my refresher. And unfortunately she didn’t close the window when she asked them to remake it for me so I heard everything that was said. I watched the young lady remake the drink with an attitude and a refresher is supposed to have water in it but I heard her say “I’m not adding water because I’m not trying to hear her complain.” And now my drink is entirely too sweet I will have to dump some of it out and add my own water. This is extremely unprofessional and inconvenient especially for a continuous customer that waited far too long. They seemed to be having a lot of trouble that night because as I sat there I saw two other people go inside and ask for their drinks to be remade as well. Very disappointed.
