I am so tired of coming in there and seeing only one person working! Neci if this reaches you are amazing and the only reason I still stop! I would give one star but she takes on a line of customers by herself and NEVER stops smiling!

I never stop at this Starbucks because it's always crazy busy. This afternoon wasn't so I decided why not. Had a positive experience, I think her name was Victoria (?). Great customer service, positive attitude, friendly, and my order was perfect!
Asked for sugar in my coffee the cashier had an attitude & was impatient not impressed & i spent too much more for it to had been made right.
When you order something on their app and get there to be told “I’m sorry. We don’t brew dark roast till 630am.” I walked out without my coffee which was for someone else.
Order is always wrong. Black iced macchiato- espresso poured over iced milk. It either has caramel in it or vanilla or it’s a latte. Never fails. I am very clear with my order, I even say, no flavor, just plain, black. I will never order from this location again.

This Starbucks is actually in the Target across the street! It’s pretty good though.
