Hands down the best sonic in Jacksonville. Great staff. I've done all three ways of getting food meaning online order, drive thru and parked. All three were great experiences at this location. Food was great everytime also. I recommend you try this location.
Not a problem i really appreciate you guys getting my food correct and hot! Didn't cost a ton and wasnt charged for a full burger when all i wanted was pattys no buns (son has celiac disease -gluten free) will definitely be back?
I usually don’t write reviews but I definitely had to for Glen and his outstanding customer service. You can tell this guy actually cares about his job and the customers instead of having an attitude towards folks. We need more people like that especially with the way the world is today. I always have a smooth experience at this location. Andrew has a silky smooth running staff. I’m always greeted and and farewelled with a friendly smile. Today, specifically, I’d like to show recognition to the manager, David. He went above and beyond for a forgetful mama who did not have her things together.A** for Andrew, his staff, and especially David. I’m not usually one for leaving bad reviews , I have been coming here for the last 15 years with no issues , today i bought 3 meals all together for my family 2 out of 3 meals weren’t cooked all the way , my foot long coney dog was hard like it come straight out the package and everything poured on top , one of the other meals , the French fries were nowhere near done , I hate posting this Bcs I usually have good service but coming from a manager a problem can’t be fixed untill it is addressed.
Was a almost 5 star because of their awesome shakes but they have started to get skimpy with the fruit ingredients and charging more for them. Food is so so mostly kiddie type food.

The food was great and they got my order correct, which seems to be a big deal for a fast food place in this area.Be warned that if you have a big truck that Sonic parking spots are tight, but manageable if you know what you're doing.
That’s the fastest I’ve ever received food before from anywhere and we ordered three meals with three drinks as well as two milkshakes! The food was fresh as well!
We ordered two large cherry limeades with extra cherries. Even clarified that we wanted extra actual fruit and not more syrup. We got charged for the extra cherries. We didn’t get the extra cherries..It’s the little things.
