Service was ok. Food was ok. Ate there. Kinda miserable. Not Sonic's fault. Although they could have outdoor protection, but who wants that. Kinda defeats the purpose of eating outside.
Burger was ok. Didn't get what we ordered and the fries were cold. Cheddar poppers were good.
Surprisingly, both my wife and ate lunch at the hwy 24 Sonic closest to the Beirut Memorial in Jacksonville, only to discover their cheeseburgers were excellent. Their sandwiches have lettuce and sliced tomatoes on top of the burger (the correct way) unlike Hardee's. We will definitely eat there again.
We were 5 minutes too early for happy hour, our bad, and our milkshakes sucked!! They were not mixed at all. The Oreo was on the very bottom and my husband got a mouth full of pure strawberry flavoring which he does not recommend trying. I like Sonic, but this particular trip was certainly a disappointment for us.
I ordered the Chicken Tender Dinner. The tenders were small, but they compensated by sticking an extra two in there. I also love that they still have carhops that rollerskate!
Did not enjoy the service here. Host taking my order was playing around and chatting it up with fellow employees causing me to have to keep repeating my order. Unprofessional. Some people might not think much of it, but conduct matters to me. This particular branch isn't my favorite.
I ordered a BacEggCheese Burrito. This is the 2nd time I have had it at this location and both times it was DELICIOUS! I loved the crispy bacon pieces and there was a good amount of egg and cheese. I ordered it once at Western Blvd location and the bacon was whole pieces and chewy. My car hop Quenasia was very nice and friendly.
Wonderful service. Chicken sandwich is delicious. Definitely up there with Popeye's chicken sandwich.
Crap service all the way around on LeJeune Boulevard! Go to Western Boulevard location!
The service was really slow. And the food was not up to Sonic standards. It was barely warm by the time we received the food. Our order was simple, Two BLT's, two medium sodas, and one small tater tots. This sonic was not very busy at the time.
