Absolutely love going to Shogun and eat there often. Maybe a little too often since the hostess remembers me and the server I get at lunch knows me well enough to get my order started the moment she sees me :P. I have never had a bad experience here and the service I always receive is A+. Plus them and Yakitori House by far have the best gyoza in town!

Had never been before. It was delicious. It was pretty busy yet very proficient.

I was told this is the best Japanese restaurant to go to so my wife grandbaby and I went ony birthday. They were informed it was my birthday so they brought me a hat to wear. Our cook came out cooked our food and served it and that was all he did. We got no show or nothing. I figured with a small child he would do something. So that was a bummer. They didn't sing happy birthday bring cake and ice cream or anything but did all of the above for the table next to us. He even got one couples meal wrong. I was very disappointed with my visit and it being my first and probably my last time going.I won't recommend it to anyone else

Good food and entertainment. We had reservations so we were seated right away. Party of 8.

This pace is the bee’s knees!!! Mike and Pat Greene are gems in this hibachi restaurants out here. All of the chefs and service homies there are world class and genuine. Definitely a must visit for both tourists and locals alike!!! Good Lawd Pass the mustard!!!

We went here today for a late lunch, only to be turned away by a rude hostess that was more interested in her phone conversation than accommodating guests. I was there before 2:00, she informed me that we couldn’t sit and have hibachi if our party wasn’t there by 2:00, she said their waitstaff needs time off between shifts. I completely get that, except for your hours say until 2:30!!! I don’t care if we came in with a minute to spare, you should still take care of your customers. I also found it funny that she waited until the owner/manager left the area to say anything to me. There are too many restaurants in this area to settle for this kind of treatment. We took our business to another establishment and our server was left a very nice tip. I stop here often and get carry out, and it’s okay, but nothing out of this world. And I’m not sure why this restaurant is always hot/humid inside. I’ll be checking out other Asian/hibachi restaurants in the future!

The food we ate was good. However, we were served shrimp with the vein still in it. This is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable for us to be served this. Please ensure that this doesn’t happen again in the future so you don’t lose more customers like you did tonight.

First time I was there for treating my Marine for her birthday. Apparently lots of the people go there from Camp Lejune. Food was good, but was turned off by the $84 price tag for 3 people, and no one had alcohol with their meals.

We’re usually extremely satisfied, but this last time we went, we found a roach in our leftovers. No, it wasn’t from our place. It was seared, meaning it was cooked in our food. I’m EXTREMELY upset that I paid $60 to end up with a roach in my food. We went out because we were celebrating, so we don’t normally spend that type of money. Now I can’t even stomach the thought of going back ever again.

Food was not cooked correctly (steak was raw, chicken was dry, rice was crunchy). When I mentioned it the cook came over to insult me and imply that I was someone who just liked to complain (couldn't be more untrue, I hate complaining hence why this is the second time in my life I've ever done it). Don't know why the cook made it personal, but either way wasn't a good look
