We waited a few months before we tried this new restaurant so most of the bugs can get worked out. We are HIGHLY disappointed with this restaurant and will not be returning. The prices are very HIGH for the portions served AND the lack of any kind of seasoning. The hushpuppies are flavorless, basically just fried corn dough. No seasoning, onion or corn in the hushpuppies. The fried pickles were the star of the meal, but only to a point. The batter has ZERO seasoning, sadly all the flavor came from the pickle itself. The boil bag of 1/2 lb shrimp was 8 total pieces. The snowcrab clusters were the smallest, thinnest crab legs I have ever seen. The shrimp again had ZERO seasoning flavor and the crab legs barely had any flavor. I opted for the shrimp po'boy sandwich, again, a huge disappointment. No seasoning, no flavor. The bread was so thick and filled with some much lettuce, I had to remove the fried shrimp to eat the lettuce sandwich and bite the shrimp like a French fry. Huge, huge, huge disappointment!! I could understand the small portions if the items were premium ingredients with knock your socks off flavor, but it wasn't. Save your money for a better place to eat. You have been warned.

Since this place has opened I’ve been every Friday! The food is absolutely amazing! I always get the fried catfish and shrimp plate and its full of flavor. I don’t know what breading they use but it stays crunchy on the fish and doesn’t get soggy like most breading. The Cajun butter sauce is also very good and full of flavor. HIGHLY recommend trying this place out!
The Server was very nice and pleasant. I don’t remember her name unfortunately. The experience was great. However the prices are steep. The quality of food was very fresh. The food was served Hot. I would definitely recommend the Cat fish, hush puppies, Green lipped mussels and Snow crabs. The shrimp are great as well! Check out the photos for the price of this meal.Not sure if I would return back for the Boil in the bag because of the pricing though. I would rather go to Cajun Seafood to purchase a boil and make my own butter sauce as I’ve been doing so.Overall a great experience ?
We've been look for a restaurant just like this one around here for a while! We decided to come here for dinner. We were sat immediately, the staff was very friendly and always checked in on us to see if we needed anything. We had a miscommunication when ordering but they went above and beyond to make it right. The food was amazing! I will be going back!
First time trying lunch today and we were pleasantly surprised by the service & how quickly we got our food. We ordered a kid's shrimp & catfish basket, hush puppies & a calamari basket. Everything was piping hot and flavored nicely. The only downside is that the tartar sauce comes in small to-go containers like you would get at a drive thru and based on the flavor the cocktail sauce didn't taste homemade & lacked horseradish. Maybe they will make them fresh one day which would have made our food that much better!The decor is tasteful and not over the top, but the way it is set up with tables and the register area makes it seem more like a fast food restaurant. They don't have a liquor license but do have some beers to choose from. If you're wanting some quick tasty seafood, I would suggest trying it out!
Absolutely, FANTASTIC! In Jacksonville on business, in other words I'm eating out for every meal all week, and I am very glad I took a chance on this place. Hush puppies were good, not overdone like most I've had lately. The lobster tail was amazing, between the garlic flavor and Cajun spice... It was the perfect and tender combination of awesome, served still steaming in the bag. The corn of the cob came out in the same bag with the lobster and absorbed that same delicious flavor. Fast, good service, quick refills and Prices were good. Best food I've had on all my trips to Jacksonville. I will definitely be returning!

New seafood place. I love it. The food is super good. Had the shrimp basket and a starter of fried pickles. They give you excellent portions so I had to take some pickles home. Good prices for the food. The combos are a little more expensive but they are premium. The staff (shay) and the other girls were super on top of it. Recommend trying it.
