Great family restaurant. I had the fish and chips with cole slaw and a cold beer. Food and service were outstanding. My server, Amanda, was amazing. I was just passing through Jacksonville, but never miss a chance to eat at Red Lobster. Worth the drive.

It's been a while; the biscuits were worth the trip as always. Food was hot, service was particularly good, friendly and attentive but not hovering.
My husband and I ate at Red Lobster yesterday. What a disappointment. I had the Create Your Own Feast with 2 kinds of shrimp and a baked potato. Everything was way too salty. The skin on the potato was covered in salt. The breading on the shrimp was also too salty. I ate 2 shrimp and a few bites of potato and I was done. I ordered an expensive margarita and I *think* it had alcohol in it. Also very watery. My husband had the 12oz sirloin which he said was good. The broccoli had been cooked in some sort of hot spice and it wasn’t good. The cheddar biscuits were kind of soggy. Overall we paid almost $70 for a lousy meal. The one positive thing was that our waitress was very nice and we tipped her well.
Had a wonderful time, food was great drink omg delicious!! Our server Kaitlyn i believe her name was, amazing!! She made sure we were all taken care of, went above and beyond to make sure my mom had a great time. And even answered a random question about the menu she asked even though she was new. I really appreciated her bubbly personality, attention to detail, as well as overall great customer service! Thank you kaitlyn for making my moms birthday dinner super special!!
What a pleasant experience it was to dine at this restaurant!! We got there a little early, had about a 10 minute wait, and was directed to our table. The store was very clean, the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and the food was outstanding. The food was a little pricey, but was worth every penny! We had stuffed mushrooms, 3 small but delicious lobster tails, seafood scampi, loaded baked potato, and of course some delectable cheddar biscuits. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone, no questions asked.
Had a wonderful late birthday lunch. The Lobster and shrimp ?? we're delicious! Everything was good and fresh. Glad we went at 11am. Worth the ride to Jacksonville NC!!

The seafood is all frozen except the lobster. Pretty much everything is from frozen. If you want a true seafood experience don't eat here. Go somewhere that actually cares about the great quality of seafood. The general manager Ruthann was not nice at all. The vibe in the restaurant just wasn't a very good vibe at all. Hope this review will help others. NEVER work there either want get no hours and the pay sucks.
