The flavor was terrible. It was like someone poured salt on bread. Very disappointed. Probably will not order from pizza hut again.
Order was 30 minutes late, partly cold, cheese sticks almost burnt, and no topping on cheese sticks or pizza crusts. Disappointed this time but the only store that delivers to our house, so not much choice to use a different one.
I havent had a pizza hut pizza in many many years and was very disappointed. It wasnt cooked enough and the pan pizza was nothing like I remember. Very little toppings and definitely not cooked enough. The dough wasnt cooked all the way through.
I've been waiting AN HOUR AND 40 MINS. This has never happened to me ordering from here and it's ridiculous. Absolutely, horrible service. FIX IT but my statement and review stands
My order took over an hour and a half to get to me. Once the food got to my house it was cold. This was the second time I ordered from Pizza Hut and both times the delivery was terrible.
My pizza was burnt AND cold. Double whammy.Cinnamon sticks were cold and hard.Tried calling several times to speak to someone and they don’t answer their phone.Definitely won’t order from here again. There was better pizza places in town.
Pizza arrived smooshed but on time.
the 3 orders of apple pies we ordered must have been the last in the box because they were all broken and some had no apple pie stuff in them, they were stuck together and and cracked the order was just undesirable to want to eat and the kids were not happy, the pizza had to go into the oven and be cooked a little more because it looked like it was not cooked completely, I do not know if there is something wrong with the temperature of the pizza oven that cooks the pizza. Over all not a good experience this time.
The gentleman that helped me out provided a super friendly and quick service. Food tasted delicious, and still very hot once I took it home!
If we could give this place zero stars we would! We waited for almost 2 hours for our order to be delivered and called to see what was going on, we couldn't get through at all so after a few attempts we went up there to see what was going on. When we arrived there were other people there having the same problem and all they could offer was a 10 dollar credit, they disconnected their phone because they were behind didn't bother to let any of the people who have already ordered know that they were behind and couldn't get ahold of their driver to figure out what was going on and the person we talked to couldn't offer any help whatsoever. Three hours later we canceled our order and will not be ordering from here again.
