Been eating at Pizza Hut for a 30 years. At least at this togo store they are more concerned with quantity instead of quality. We love the Super Supreme pizza, but we are tired of getting half cooked pizza dough. We even called the store to ensure it was cooked, it wasn't. I have brought this issue up before on surveys which fell on deaf ears.
Me and my granddaughter order a large three topping half pepperoni and the other half chicken and onions a order of buffalo chicken 8 piece. They wanted 12 dollars for a six bone in so I got the boneless when I went back in for my order. They couldn’t find my order waited for it to be remade the guy bought my order out to the car gotten to the hotel the wings was mild and my pizza was half pepperoni and half green peppers, chicken
Food was disgusting... breadsticks were warm but hard as a rock. Also, had 7 pieces on pepperoni on an entire pizza. Will no longer be ordering from Pizza Hut. Quality has gone down within the last couple of years and is not worth the price.
The food was cold and soaked in grease. The pizza was not cooked all the way, the breadsticks were o er cooked and the pasta was partially dumped out of the container into the box
So i ordered pizza and wings today, checked the email for the tracker and it says out for delivery, an hour later i decide to go outside and wait. Well guess whats been sitting in front of my house for who knows how long. No knock on the door, no doorbell ring..just left there. Do not leave a "tip" through the app, it just makes the drivers lazy
I ordered a personal pan pizza and I would like it to be cooked to have a crusty bottom. I remember when they were cooked in an iron skillet but I don’t know if that still happens. The pizzas just different..
Have my order ready in time? Bring it out to me like requested online? Not make me wait 30 minutes? Answer the phone? A lot could’ve been done to make my experience better.
Had to order and pay twice today. The first order was taken out of my bank, but somehow was cancelled and zero notification on my end. Reordered and added more to the order, food showed up after an hour (which that was noted so that’s okay) but it was burned and cold. The cheese was hard and the sauce on the pizza was caked up it had been sitting somewhere for so long. This is while I wait for the first charge to be removed from my bank. The worst tasting pizza out of many orders from this specific Pizza Hut.
Used the app to make an order like always, pizza never showed up, called and was told it was “canceled” but my tracking shows it still active. Was told to order and pay AGAIN. They refused to do anything about it.
Usually I am satisfied with pizza hut orders, but I strongly dislike the big dinner box. The pizza does not tase like the same quality pizza as other pizza hut pizza. The pizza was mostly bread and lack in ingredients. The bread sticks over cooked. We could barly bring out selves to eat it and most of it was thrown out because of the taste. I will not be ordering the bid dinner box again.
