Requested regular tables on reservation, placed at high top tables with a baby and a toddler. Regular tables were full when we entered, but a large section emptied within 5 minutes. We had to ask for a high chair three times.
We came in and got seated and waited for our server to come get our drink order.. she walks up and ask if we have been helped and looks annoyed like we are an inconvenience to her.. we order our drinks and she walks the complete opposite way of the drink machine and doesn’t ever come back. We wait like 10-15 minutes and nothing. We got up and left and on the way out we noticed that people who arrived and were seated before us still hadn’t got their drinks either. The server was rude and inattentive. We want to come back but not sure if we will. It was our first experience and wasn’t pleasant.
Was seated, no one ever came over to get our drinks. Had two different waitresses see us but never said anything. We were told that Angie would be our waitress but never saw her; so we got up and left. One of the guys up front said have a good night as we left. I said it would of been if we had gotten served; so we left and went to Out Back and had a great meal
I did like pizza bonez before this last visit. It’s a cool place near my house. My son loves the place because of the games. Although the food is just ok, I was able to still enjoy because my son has fun. However, my most recent visit was awful. The waitress was rude because we didn’t order more than an appetizer. She brought me the wrong drink and then replaced herself as our waitress because I asked for something else. It’s unfortunate since it’s so close to my house. I’m willing to take a drive for better service though. I hope management turns this place around. It really can be a hit.
You order food and they give it to any random human that walks in the door THEN they won't make it right. Nobody ever fixes this issue and the food is in no way worth the hassle. Zero stars, run away from this place.
Was extremely happy with this place! Went there for the first time last week and it was great! Food was cooked great, waitress was great. Didn’t have to wait long for appetizers or entree. The only complaint I have is I found the salsa appetizer to be a bit small. But other than that amazing experience!! The chips and salsa both tasted amazing though!
The waitress was nice and understanding. We ordered about $60 worth of food. Pizza was less than average. You could go to little Caesars and have better pizza for 75% less of a price. Chicken tacos were nasty my wife tried to eat half and didn’t enjoy them. Wings were ok garlic parmesan sauce was trash and did not have any flavor. And for $11 you get 4 wings. I would not recommend going there for the food. Also I waited 30-40 min for a beer and a appetizer. Mac and cheese tasted like great value brand.
Waited 10 minutes to be seated, then decided there was no hostess, Sat at an empty, clean table and was immediately told we need to wait to be seated and he pointed at an employees who was chatting with another employee. So we went back to the please wait to be seated sign and waited till the same guy comes and seats us. Waited 20 minutes at the table. Saw employee after employee hanging out chatting with one another but not one greeted us, asked to get us drinks or acknowledged us. So we left. Super disappointed. Been wanting to see this place since they opened but I live 45 minutes away. Don't bother. They actually have staff but they don't want your business.
I originally rated this place a 4 as my first visit was a good experience. However, due to recent events, I have to rate it a 1.We waited almost 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us to be seated.(I. waited so long, i was able to take a pic of the waitresss too busy talking to the bartender to seat us) Waitress seats us, takes order, and food comes out. She stopped by once, right after the food came out to see if we needed anything. Never came back. I ended up having go to the bar and have the bartender give me a refill. I asked if she could also give me my check, she said she'd ask the waitress for it. Waitress finally comes over and gives us the total with the card device. Total was $35.37. I pulled out 2 twenty dollar bills. She asked if I needed change, and I said yes. She comes back and literally throws 4 dollars on the table and walks off. So I wait a few minutes and then get the manager's attention. I told him what had happened and told him I needed my the rest of my change. He talked to her, and she returned. She throws another dollar on the table and says, "We normally don't do change and in the future you should tip your wait staff, but you have a fabulous day" and walk off. I consider myself a generous tipper, especially around the holidays, bc I know how hard they work. I guess she assumed I wasn't going to tip bc I asked for my change, but in reality, I was going to leave a lot more. So, I took her advice , walked up to the bar, and gave the bartender, who refilled my drink a $20 tip.If she provided good service in the first place, she wouldn't have to worry about a tip bc her service would speak for itself. But, her attitude and rude remarks after her incorrect assumption ensured she didn't receive a tip.I recommend this place as my son enjoys it, but I don't recommend her service... Food just wasn’t good. First time going probably won’t be back.
