We had the stuffed crust pizza with cheese and pepperoni. It was simply a delight. Very tasty it was. Downside? It was pricey. But then again isn't everything?
Will change review depending on how this handled. We just received a pizza that is undercooked with the dough still being raw. Called the location and was greeted with proper customer service, was told I will have to call back because the manager is on break, depending on how we are treated, this review may be changed. Ive ordered from here in the past and appreciate their service. Hoping to have a good outcome.
Every time I come or order out to this place of business, it's always a PROBLEM! Sanitation is very poor here, we got food poison because the wings was under cooked. I shouldn't have came back to get food because 8 months ago I ordered food for a delivery and not realizing that the person who took my order stole my card information. She used my information for over $120 worth in LYFT. Once I caught on to my money being missing. I reported it to the on shift supervisor. She tells me that they fired the lady two weeks prior to me coming in because there were other reports of her stealing customers information. But still..I'm without $120. I know they try their best here but it's not worth the stress or getting sick over. Tgey should really do better here
Placed an online order with this store, then little to my knowledge they lost power. Since the tracker app for papa johns is hot garbage it froze and consistently told me my order was being “prepared” after an hour for what should have been like 30-45min I called the store to see what was going on. Why would they not reach out to let me know it was canceled….I know I give my phone number and email for an order. And I know you couldn’t have been slammed making pizzas cause all the orders were canceled.
Pizza was great. The 40 min wait outside store want to great but aside from that everything was good great Customer Service
The philly cheese stake is the absolute bomb. I would recommend it to anyone who likes Philly cheese steak subs.
Both pizzas I ordered was undercooked, soaked in pizza sauce where it was dripping off it causing the topping to completely fall off. The wings was all fatty & I couldn’t eat them. I spent $40 on everything & im highly disappointed in my meal. I ended up throwing all of it away & just microwaving a corn dog ?
Went to the store near my work. I understand pizza places like this are super busy so I wasn’t upset until 8 garlic knots took 30 + minutes to even get into the oven. I cancelled my order and instead of focusing on the issue I had as a paying customer. I was offered a void slip and the manager yelled to the back the staff had an order of knots to eat.Had the staff made half an effort to explain the delay I would of gladly taken the time to wait a few extra minutes for my order. Instead they lost money, a customer, and a customer.
They forgot my soda pizza was not cut all the way wings was not run twice through the oven the sauce was just thrown on the wings like I tip $20 plus a $33 order then told me it will be 15 minutes before I can get my soda…
As of 10/10/21, they have reported that they are “extremely understaffed”. Keep that in mind when ordering. The app does not tell you the wait time for food before placing your order but with them being understaffed, know that it will take awhile to get food delivered. We were told approximately an hour and half for delivery and waited over two hours. Once we got our pizza, it was like it had been sitting out for 30 minutes in the store before they decided to deliver it. It was extremely cold to say the least. I would try carry out before delivery if I were the person reading this review. Maybe if you sit inside watching them make the pizza, it won’t take as long and you’ll see it come out of the oven and how long they’ll keep it sitting around before handing it to you.
