What in the world is this pizza even ? ordered a medium pepperoni Meatball with extra cheese. There's 1 whole Meatball and 2 pepperoni slices on EACH SLICE by the crust!? Called to ask if this is how they make pizza now, all the girl said was sorry we'll do better. Never answered my question if this is how they make pizza normally.... not spreading the toppings around. This is the strangest, most hilarious but frustrating pizza I have ever come across in my life ??
I ordered for carry out and my boyfriend went in to grab it while I waited in the truck. When he came back I checked the order as usual and noticed I was missing all the extra sauces I ordered. Not a big deal we’re still in the parking lot I’ll just go in and ask for them (but I did pay 60 cents for each) So I went in and said hey my boyfriend just came in and I’m missing these sauces and the lady at the counter rolled her eyes and got me the wrong sauces.. so I was like oh no these ones. She gave a big sigh and rolled her eyes again. And I still left missing a sauce because I just didn’t wanna deal with something so small anymore. It was only 8pm on a Tuesday night they didn’t seem busy. Just real bad customer service.
It was good. Staff was polite. Pizza was bussing , as the kids say lol.
Food was great and done when I arrived. Employees were very nice and helpful.
I have always loved papa John’s but now they hardly ever have delivery drivers it time to switch to another place my order got canceled today was wondering why they said they don’t have drivers it’s been like this for about a year now it’s to hard to get a pizza delivered from here I would have went to go pick up my order if they would have called and let me know the issue instead of just canceling my order all together with no notification that was ridiculous
Oven was down, placed online order. Didnt get told that on phone. Sat for 40 min outside waiting

We used to order from them all the time, but over the past few months, their delivery service has gone down hill. According to the app, the pizza is “prepped, in the oven, and being prepared” within a 15 minute window. Then it sits on the warming rack for over 30 minutes before saying it’s “on the way”. By the time the pizza finally gets delivered, the pizza is not fresh and cold. Very disappointing.

Taken over 2 hours for my pizza still don't have it and not even a courtesy call to say hey we are running way behind . Not a sorry for the inconvenience ?? . Not a happy customer
