Without fail, every single time we order from here something is missing, or portions are much smaller than usual. We live in Sneads Ferry, and always order to go. Due to living so far, I typically only order after work since I work in a Jacksonville, or if I’m in the area running errands on the weekend I’ll grab dinner here. Don’t expect your croutons when ordering tomato soup, we have NEVER received them! We almost always get Soups and Mac and cheese with our Pick 2s, and the container is never full! We have been lucky to get 1/2-3/4 cup. Meals have been missing entirely. When I call they’re always quick to apologize and they do offer replacement however once I’ve driven all the way home I obviously am not driving back to Jacksonville same day! What is the point of having an employee “check the food on the receipt” when in realty they aren’t doing anything but crossing it off as if it is there, without even looking! My husband is vegetarian so Panera is one of the few places I can grab a quick healthy meal from, but it never pans out and I always end up regretting it.I won’t be eating here anymore unless I eat in the cafe.

From the moment I walked in and was greeted by Amanda who jovially took our order to the moment I requested some sliced tomatoes was amazing. The food is quality and delicious. To top it off the positive culture that is being cultivated here showed me that the management staff(Debbie) cares and took time to make sure her staff had what they needed to be successful. If your looking for great food and a positive experience come here.

Ah, yes. I love a good roasted turkey and Avocado BLT withOUT the Bacon. I swear every time I order this same sandwich from here, it's always missing something. Last time it was the Avocado, this time they forgot the Bacon. I used to love this place and go here every week. But I started going less and less when my order was messed up every time. A few times here and there is completely understandable. But not every time. I'm honestly going to stop going here but it breaks my heart because I really did love this place a lot.

Today my husband and I went to Panera and got the new chicken sandwich. We add arugula and tomatoes to it. When we were getting our drinks we over heard the workers say how we are weird we are for adding arugula and tomatoes to a chicken sandwich. I'm pretty sure that's not a weird thing to add to a sandwich. Sandwich was still good though, a bit overpriced honestly.

Had lunch with my friend here the other day. Our meal was hot and delicious. They substituted an item from my flat bread order and that was still so tasty. Staff is friendly and area stays clean.

It's chilly weather so soup for dinner sounded good. Ordered a bowl of broccoli and cheese which is my go to and sat in the dining room since we were dining in. The dining room was so cold!! Everyone in the restaurant was wearing their coats/heavy sweatshirts. The girl at a table nearby heard us comment that that section was cold and said the whole restaurant is freezing. My wife went and asked an employee if they could turn on some heat. I didn't see them do anything and didn't feel any difference while we were there. Soup came out and was also cold. I took it back up to the counter and asked for it to be reheated. One of the employees escorted me to a microwave in the dining room to heat the soup up. He said ever since COVID once the food is out of the kitchen it can't come back into it. I asked for a couple of spoons when I noticed that we didn't have any. They said they didn't have any silverware. They said it was all dirty and they didn't want to give us dirty utensils so there were some plastic ones available. Overall, the experience could have been better if I'd just gotten it to go.

This place has become a very frustrating one. We always do drive thru. They mostly jack up my orders or don't give enough plastic wear or forget to put it in. Not to mention how long it takes to get the food. I had spoiled lettuce in orders and have to run back in to get fresh food or even the dressing. Probably won't go back there for a while

okay so let me start off by saying i love paneras mac and cheese, its the only thing i get. i ordered a pick up order consisting of 2 large mac and cheese, i get home one is gooey creamy and delicious, the other is chunky (tasted like it was just nuked after being left out), has dried noodles and had a short black hair in it and is absolutely disgusting.

We placed our order at the iPad kiosk and went straight to a table. And our order was ready about 5 min or so after that. Really good warm grain bowl. I decided to try it and was very pleased. Mediterranean Bowl. I even ate the avocado, which I am usually not a fan. Wife was ecstatic they had her fav, cinnamon crunch bagels available. Great visit.

The food is phenomenal, though really pricey. I've been here four times in the past six weeks, and every cashier I've encountered seems like it's their first day. They can't answer simple questions, and the last one was baffled when I asked for an everything bagel. I'm in no way making fun of the employees themselves... I find it hard to believe that 4 out of 4 individuals either don't care, didn't pay attention during training, or are (sorry)"airheads". I think Panera has failed them in terms of training. I've witnessed customers belittle the staff to the point that I felt compelled to ask the guest to be a bit kinder to the staff member...I am also sincerely frustrated with the pre-ordering of the baked egg souffle.I have attempted to order them as early as 0730 and the app shows them as "sold out", but when I go to pick up my order, there are several (up to six) sitting on the warmer. After waiting in line behind a half-dozen people, inevitably they've all been sold to those customers. I've also tried calling at 0700 to see if they can hold one for me and they said they cannot. I know what you're thinking... so I got up and went to the restaurant and arrived around 0715. No soufflés. I though SURELY they would make another batch because breakfast runs until 1030. Without even leaving her station, the cashier said no, when they're out, they're out. I politely asked if she could double-check with the kitchen. She literally walked behind the wall and about-faced and reiterated that no, no more would be made that morning.I was a little suspicious, so I ran to another store to shop and returned at around 0830. Five people in line, and sure enough, three more soufflés. That were ordered by others before I made it to the cashier. Now I realize I sound like a nut ranting about an egg dish, lol, but my real issue is with the lack of communication/coordination between the kitchen and cashier, as well as lack of training for the cashier. I'm not here to start Soufflé-Gate.Three stars because most of their menu is tasty, although pricy... 11 bucks for a standard Ceaser salad is a bit steep in my book.I hope management at this location takes time to read this and provide their staff a little more training, as their staff members do not deserve to be disrespected by customers, soufflé or not.
