Always fast, fresh & friendly! Delicious hot food that is always great - there is nothing no to LOVE about this location, it's employees and operator!! According to your timing you may find a drive-thru line, due to it's fabulously desireable food - but that line always moves fast, and the end result is so worth the wait. Don't overlook Panda - for top-notch, great value Asian cuisine!
Food doesn't taste bad but last time I order from Panda, more onions than anything else, uses the broccoli stalks to mix in the meat entrees I guess the florets go in orders of people that actually ordered broccoli, if your allergic or don't care for the taste don't waste your time ordering this cafeteria Chinese food (picture shows only half) I already chucked the rest.
Long lines, tiny parking lot.Waited 20 minutes after ordering in the drive through. Food was pretty alright, I'd probably give the food 4 stars and the parking lot a 2 and employee attitude a 3
Panda’s drive through is a godsend. I can’t get out with my dog and child in tow. The food is good hot and fast. The employees are nice and it’s also clean. Well some panda you rock!
If you're in the drive thru and they tell you to go wait in the parking lot and someone will bring out the food to you... that's a bunch of lies. There are no designated, reserved spots and they never bring your food out.. they just have to keep the drive thru moving to keep their ratings up. I literally waited for 20 minutes and Noone came outside. I walked inside and they had already forgotten about that order. It happened a second time but this time I only waited 10 minutes before going inside to get them started on my order even though they were "working" on it when I ordered through the drive thru. I love panda but they need to incorporate a better system and add reserved spots for drive thru orders that won't be ready on time.
Have never been to a panda express before and after today's visit I won't ever be again. Sales person was bordering on rude even after being told we had never been there before and didn't know the routine. Asked twice for chopsticks and soy sauce before we were given it. Soda machine wasn't working, and they didn't have tea made. So you could get a water cup or do without a drink.
I have been here a few times, every time I've been, I've waited 45 minutes or more. Go ahead and order online, that'll be faster right? It will be ready when you get there! Nope... You will end up standing and waiting longer than customers who walk in to order.White Rice. Hopefully yours will be cooked all the way through. Apparently this location think their customers like crunchy chewy rice.
I love their food. Especially the lomein noodles with the shrimp and teriyaki chicken is AMAZING!! I will definitely come back soon! Thank you so much to our person, Ben. Such a nice guy!
The food was fresh the service was fast and they were nice clean enough too
Food was great and fresh, but employee attitude is very unprofessional. My wife was told “pull forward” after payment due to a 8-12 wait on chicken, and she did as told although she was given an attitude to pull forward. She waited for the food and when it was received she was also sent off with “Next time will you park in a parking spot thank you” very unhappy to hear these are the standards set for Panda Expresses employees.
