Food is good but one star because I was CHARGED $1 MORE per item. I noticed on the receipt, then asked about it. The guy said ..”ohh… chicken prices went up.”1. Please UPDATE your menu2. I ABSOLUTELY should have been told the price increase as common courtesy before being charged

Noodles and Company has a cozy, atmosphere, pleasant decor and an impressive sounding menu. The service was great and very pleasant. The food was served quickly.However my enthusiasm waned just as quickly. I went in looking forward to ordering the Thai Chicken Soup as advertised but was told it's not on the menu.So I ordered the Pad Thai with Buttered Noodles and the Tomato Basil Bisque instead. Though I was impressed by the service,, atmosphere and decor, and I hate giving negative reviews I must be honest...The Tomato Basil Bisque was overcooked to the point of being dark in color and tasting scorched. The Buttered Noodles were a bit undercooked and bland. And the Pad Thai tasted like your typical economy brand of dehydrated "cup of noodles", just add hot water.The quality of the food really didn't match up to the atmosphere and service. I was honestly disappointed. However I think this problem can be solved with genuine TLC from the kitchen staff.I may return to try other menu items and to check for improvement but I'd have to say to others... try it at your own risk.
Amazing food. Lady at register was kind and helped us as it was our first time eating here. Ille back again
Great menu selection. I like the environment of the restaurant. I also love the cookies and the rice krispy treats they have as dessert. I would recommend this place to anybody looking for a good place for lunch or dinner.
Just don't. Good, quick service. There was nothing Korean about the Noodles I ordered. Couldn't eat them, the chocolate chip cookie was bad not even a 3 yr old could eat it.
What a delicious shop! Love the endless possibilities in customizing your meal. Everything tastes fresh and the staff is very friendly and helpful!
