I eat here almost once a week, sometimes twice. Great pizza ? for the money ?. Plus they have great spaghetti. Two big slices, and a drink for under 10$ Free refills, and a family friendly environment.
My family and I ordered two individual slices (pepperoni and cheese), garlic knots, and a specialty pizza. The pizza was very tasty. Food was ready in a timely manner and the eating area was clean with plenty of condiments. Their ranch was rather exceptional as well. Management staff was engaged, however the one less star was due to the bathroom facilities for both male and female to be less than favorable. They seemed rather busy with orders as well. All things considered I will definitely go back there for the pizza and the real "New York" experience you get from the employees.
the old lady is super rude we have dubbed her "attitude Angie"there is a sleepy looking cook we have nicknamed "nodding Nathan" who continuously screws up orders.one time my friend ordered one slice and was charged for 2 when he said "hey you over charged me" attitude Angie look at him shrugged her shoulders and closed the cash registerthe pizza is hit or miss some times its decent other times its like greasy paper towel that is nuclear hot"New York Pizza (with the New York attitude)"
I ordered a traditional calzone. It was amazing - no photos because it looked so good I had to eat it right away.Service was great, positive atmosphere all around the place. Biggest thing that has me rating this place with 5 stars was the number of happy customers. I now have a favorite pizza place in Jacksonville.
The food is awesome, but the service has really gone down.1) The old lady at the register was rude as hell. Apparently she has an issue with the new young girl ?♂️2) They are very unorganized. One person trying to help multiple people when there are plenty of staff standing around.3) There was hardly any meat on the XL Hawaiian pizza that I ordered. It almost looked like a plain cheese. If I’m paying $30 for a pizza, I expect it to be as advertised.Probably would have been better off going to Dominos.
Ordered the $8.50 lunch special with tax should have been $9.10 at most. Cost me $10.58 and when I asked for receipt the sour old woman told.me it was the taxes that made it so much. That was a lie. I think they charged me a large fee for using my card. So...why not just say a fee for card instead of being so deceitful and why not put a sign up saying a fee charged for using cards. It's not the charge It's the lie and deceitfulness that lost our business. NEVER AGAIN!!! BEWARE
The bathrooms would shut this place down if the health department saw them! 2 workers on phones one playing chess. I have never been in such a filthy restroom anywhere. When you flushed the women’s stuff leaked from the toilet all over the floor. It smelled and looked like raw sewage being drained and tracked all over the floor. My son came out of the mens and said one didn’t flush and it was so gross he opted for my hand sanitizer! Pizza was good, but nasty dirty restrooms!
Went in today am ordered a calzone with mushrooms and a Stromboli without mushrooms (food allergy, can't have mushrooms). The lady behind the counter cooking acted all upset and huffy that she had to make a calzone and Stromboli fresh instead of reheating one that was already made.Our food was good, not the best but nowhere near the worst.They add a fee to your bill if you pay with a debit or credit card.
I've had this place a few times. Never had any major issues until today. 20 minutes ago. I ordered a Brooklyn Pizza(Pepperoni, Green Peppers, Sausage and onion), and a steak hoagie. I asked to sub EXTRA Pepperoni for the onion on the pizza. So DOUBLE Pepperoni. Of course, the pizza barely has any Pepperoni. Maybe 2 each slice. Then, the prices of the pizza is 21.49, and the large steak hoagie is 11.67= 33 16. And of course plus tax, but they proceed to tell me the final price is just about 40 dollars. Ummm, so tax is over 6 dollars. And the pizza isn't even that good to begin with. Then I asked for steak hoagie all the way, NO Banana Pepper or salt and pepper. INSTEAD, I want Geeen Pepper and Oregano. Take a few bites of thw steak hoagie, and low and behold, there are Banana Peppers on it.. NEVER AGAIN! They're so far off my radar..
They need to communicate with customers when changing how they are making subs will be a very long time before I order again 000000 rating
