Overall the experience was pleasant, and importantly, the food was delicious! The chicken curry and Lo Mein were flavorful and fresh! The wonton soup was savory as well! Despite the underwhelming first impression of my call-in order experience and viewing the interior of New China, we enjoyed the food! I can understand how some other reviewers could interpret the employee as rude over the phone, but upon arrival for food pickup, she was delightful. The food is more like the Chinese food I’ve experienced in PA & MD. Some of you will understand! We will be returning, and we do recommend it to try!
If I could show a negative star I would. Ordered the Sesame Chicken lunch. The meat tasted horrible and piles of rice. Unfortunately I didn't know until after I got to work. I wasted money cause it went straight to trash
One of the only Chinese restaurants that deliver in the area and I Live off piney Green. Food was hot and delicious and Looked to be authentic home made Asian cuisine. Tipped my driver well to solidify the chance of getting another delivery in the future. Again so Delicious yum yum!
Not sure about all the negative reviews, but this was our first time eating here. Food was very good!, and fresh!, customer service was very friendly as well both on the phone and in store, we will be back!.
Hands down the worst chinese I've ever had in my life. The sesame chicken is bright orange, totally mushy, and tastes horrible. The lo mein is flavorless and tastes like it was cooked in toilet water. They were also extremely rude. If I didn't live over 40 minutes away I would be returning it as the majority is inedible. The sweet and sour chicken didn't suck so they have that going for them.

They are ridiculously rude! I ordered earlier from them and was my son wanted to order from them once he came home. We were put on hold and then the phone hung up on our end I called back and she put us on hold again but she didn’t mute the phone and I said the phone hung up on me.. she replied very snappy I didn’t hang up I tried to tell her it hung up on my end and she argued back and forth with me I then said I’m just trying to order ma’am while your going back and forth and she replied well your calling me at liar lol I said I didn’t call you a liar I just told you what happened and this point where is your manager she says I am the manager lol! I replied You Are terrible then if that’s the case! They don’t have customer service skills at all and doing value the customers who keep their business going! She is very unprofessional and that was the last time we will spend a dime there!

this is one worst experience my mom got while trying to order us Chinese food and the guy that work there said that he heard us argue but I was discussing something with my mom while she was ordering I love Chinese food
