Ordered in drive thru. Had to return my sandwich. Cost more to start your vehicle but parked and went in. Not sure how they time fish frying but I was certain that super soggie undone with soaked bun is not it. I have done this at all three locations. It's me, not them because they have great clientele. I need to try and stick to what they have titled the business BBQ and not venture to any other options.The fries were ok, the remade sandwich was slightly more done around the edges but still loose and watery center. Left it in the circle k trash bend. Again it's me not them.
This place is so gross, I’m currently sitting on the toilet because the food made me feel like I’m melting, somehow my shoulders hurt from eating this food. The portions are all crazy and they give you 2 pounds of fries because the real food is so gross. Chicken… chicken strips. How do you mess up chicken strips. This place is a disgrace
Was here on Sunday March 13, 2022. Had the worst customer service I have ever received. Spent almost 200 dollars here. Ordered some items of which they had ran out for family meals, so instead of substituting items that weren't available that they had sold out they refuse and lost the sale of the family meal. The young lady working the window was so rude beyond rude and just out and out refuse to offer us anything especially since they were out of a item that wasn't available
I decided to try the rib plate. The ribs were by far the worst ribs I have ever had. They were very dry and lacked any real favor. If I could give zero stars I would. After spending $20 I expected a lot better than what I received. The only positive experience I had was the coleslaw and macaroni and cheese were decent.
First time here and it was amazing. The staff was very friendly and made sure we we're taken care of. Loved the BBQ and hushpuppies. Very clean inside dining room. I highly recommend.
Overpriced for the amount of food I ordered, paid almost $58 for decent Definitely not excellent or even great. They definitely need to offer more for your money, decent or more coupons, or a whole lot more food. Not sure if we'll be ordering anything again.
Absolutely the worst food I have ever eatenService was okay.I ordered 2 regular plates for me and my wife. The barbecue was just vinegar. Hush puppies were bland and the coleslaw was just cabbage and very green. I took maybe one bite of each thing. Would not recommend for really anyone unless you are absolutely starving.
I ordered the trout plate and hushpuppies along with the following sides: green beans, baked beans, mashed potatoes, and Brunswick stew. The service was patient with my ignorance because I had not eaten there before, which was appreciated. The trout was good. The hushpuppies were as dry as a west Texas desert rock. The company may be better served letting customers substitute a different side for hushpuppies for those of us that don't want to get our USDA daily allowance of desert rocks in our diet. I liked the mashed potatoes and green beans best of all the sides I tried. I'm undecided as to whether or not to try the place again. If I ever find myself in the mood for semi-edible rocks, I have a go-to place now. Until then, I'm on the fence about it all.
This place is amazing!! The food is fresh and hot! Atmosphere is relaxing with lots of wonderful family photos on the walls to enjoy! Super clean including restrooms!
Shared a great meal with my brother. First time was an amazing time. Met the owner, heard the history behind the restaurant, the owner actually came and sat down with us for about 20 minutes. Wow! Food was great, fried chicken, barbecue ? and Arnold Parlmer, go ahead Lassie. Wonderful experience!
