This is the closest mcdonalds to me, and I am on a night shift schedule. The food is alright, it's mcdonalds so it can only be so good really. However in the late hours of the night when I'm the only one in the line I shouldn't spend 30 minutes waiting for my food. which would be understandable if they were doing night times duties but the employees are literally just sitting there talking and not taking orders and making food till they feel like it.
The food wasn't bad just a little heavy on the sauce. I ate in the parking lot and when I was finished I went inside to use the bathroom feeling like I was being followed. There were no staff in the lobby when I walked in but, while I was in the bathroom washing my hands the sink doesn't dispense water unless you hold down the know with one hand, the soap dispenser was broken with a bottle of soap open and the sink was pretty dirty. I was then greeted in the bathroom by an employee inside the bathroom, went outside and then it was like the whole staff migrated to the lobby. There were like 6 including what looked like a larger male manager. Coincidence? Maybe, uncomfortable? Absolutely...other than that I didn't have an issue until I went inside.
Ordered a double quarter pounder with bacon and cheese and only received a single. When I went back to the store to get what I ordered, the manager just threw the burger in the trash without even verifying. Seemed wasteful to throw away a perfectly good burger. Maybe thats their policy for mistakes but doesn’t make great customer service. Won’t be going back
Noticed that my burrito said it expired today at 5:03am. It is around 3hours later and I called to let the manager know I don’t appreciate that. He proceeded to “promise” me one of the cooks made them this morning and they aren’t expired after I’m saying it’s todays date and it expired at 5:03am. Literally was going back and forth as if I was not telling the truth. Didn’t even get to the part about my egg McMuffin being burnt and super dry. I also asked for honey for my McMuffin and received 2 honey mustards. Just really disappointed in the service.
They are bringing back staff from prior management that were good and quit. This is a preferred mcds of mine! They do mess up my orders often , but quick to apologize and fix it with no attitude or hesitation!
My food was hot this morning, and the sweet tea was actually sweet! If you’re going to go to McDonald’s, usually breakfast is the best time to go!
I usually don’t have a problem going to this McDonald’s, but tonight was a disappointment. When I had got home and opened my daughters burger there was a roach crawling on the wrapper, tried to call but nobody picked up, I would’ve taken a picture but I got so mad I just threw it away. Best believe I will be calling in the morning. Please do better!
Check your food before you pull off, literally wait right there and check it. 9 out of 10 SOMETHING will be messed up or not in the bag. I ordered a McGriddle just egg and cheese no meat, she read it back correctly, I drive off (usually I check) and I bite into a McGriddle with ham on it. I haven’t ate pork in 20 years. I instantly started vomiting at red light it was awful. I instantly called I was very nice, and the manager or whoever he was, was horrible on the phone, he told me he would make another -I said I’m sorry I don’t want another after that I’d just like a refund and of course he said in a very rude way “people make mistakes so if you want another you can come get one with your receipt”. I asked was there anything else that could be done besides a remake of what just made me sick he told me no. HORRIBLE customer service. His tone was just extremely condescending and didn’t care one bit not once did he even apologize for the mistake. I know sometimes people make mistakes but this McDonald’s seems to ALWAYS make mistakes. Not sure if this man was new or not but I usually go a few mornings a week and get the same thing and I had never seen him before. I understand mistakes happen and usually I never complain I just forget about it and eventually still go back but things like this will definitely make you never want to go back. Speak to people with respect, in person and on the phone you never know who your talking to, but not only that it’s just the right thing to do.
After waiting almost 20 mins for my food I received soggy fries, not to mention they were in the bottom of the bag and a burger that was cold. I will never return to this location and heed a warning, if you want good service, go else where.
When I order a large iced coffee, with no ice and then I am handed a medium, the employee asked if it's alright, and I said no it is not alright I paid for a large. Your competitor Dunk'n can do it, why can't you??? No offer to make it right. You McDonald's have lost my business.
