My experience was indeed completely pleasant; from Hot Burgers to HOT FRIES, and I didn't have to request either ??! It ALL just came as if the preparers were fixing it for themselves! And that's the WAY IT SHOULD ALWAYS BE; give your Customers food that YOU would pay to eat ?! That's ALL I AM TALKING ABOUT; YOU GUYS AND GALS DID IT VERY WELL ?!
Well...gas/Donald's has got to be the most unorganized McDonalds there is. You have to fight through the gas station traffic to get to the line(which is all the way out in the road) and then you're blocking the people wanting to get gas. I finally get to order and they don't put all of my order in the bag. Finally get the rest of my order which was chicken nuggets and they're cold!
I have more chances of winning the lottery than getting my order right the first time here. Just about every time I go there which is barely and they always seem to mess it all up.
Avoid this McDonald’s at all costs. Orders are ALWAYS wrong. Coffee is always wrong. The only thing it seems they can manage to get right is the sweet tea. Orders are never made correctly.
every morning is the same deal, they prioritize drive thru and there will be 5 or more ppl waiting for there order to be taken to keep there ticket times down. foods good though
Hands down the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Workers don’t know what they’re doing. They need a lot of help. My 5 year old could run a store better than they could.
The staff is so nice when u walk back inside to get the food that they forgot....and they will forget, something, every single time. There is zero doubt in my mind that you could walk in with an old receipt, tell someone they forgot your burger and you'd get a free burger. You'd go home, open your bag and be shocked because u checked the bag. Counted the items and put faith into these employees that the small changes u made to your order were done, but no...no they were not, pickles u didn't want, or mayo to don't want will be there, you'll probably also find half of someone else's order there too. This will happen every single time so do yourself a favor skip the drive thru, open your whole meal before you leave or even better just don't go to this McDonald's
My friends said these workers were unprofessional. They made it hard to order. The order was wrong when we got the order somehow we paid for the person behind us. I hope they staff this location better
This McDonald’s is connected to a Circle K gas station. They have two lines that sometimes can get pretty long but they always keep them moving. They’re great when it comes to redeeming points and using codes through the McDonald’s app. They always have up-to-date deals.
I’m not one to complain. But I came through just a little bit ago was very polite because I used to work at McDonald’s for 3 years so I know how it is. Well I got a hot chocolate… first there was no whipped cream or chocolate on it but that’s fine I can put my own well I took a drink and it’s just milk… from experience you’d notice if you didn’t put the syrup in. It’s the e first thing you do before putting the milk in! I tried to call but nope lines been busy for 5 minutes
