I deliver. Most of the employees are nice, and quick to fill the order at all 5 Jacksonville McDonald’s, But the ones open 24 hours need to have a full crew 24 hours especially the gas Donald’s on Lejeune and Western blvd .
Dined in for breakfast; Order process was easy, staff were great, food was fresh and hot. Couldn't ask for more. Great experience.
Just left the drive through (2/11 am shift). Everyone was extremely nice and I had my order in less than 5 minutes.
Every single time I go to this location something is either missing or not correct. I speak clear English and do not understand why a simple order of two sausage biscuits WITH CHEESE is so darn hard to understand. Im charged the ridiculously high price for a slice of cheese and yet I don't receive it. Im done with McDonald's at this location. Last time I was missing an entire sandwich of which was for my mother and ended up letting her have mine. Bad business
I give them 5 stars because of the manager my order was totally messed up it took a few minutes and a few workers but that manager came thru thanks her name started with a G
Went in place was full of smoke deep fat fries grease was smoking so bad I have cold could not breathe had to eat in my car
Half the time the food is wrong but it’s always good anyway, and the people working there are always extremely kind and working so hard.

Went though drive through tonight and received no receipt. This is a problem because they did not give me my whole order . Their fountain come drink tasted funny - may be generic coke .
