I had Breakfast Platter It Was good the lady gave me a lil cup orange juice.I was very dizzy pale my sugar was severely low 55 I had came from a Doctor appointment where you need fast for blood test. She notice I was checking my level and gave me the orange juice.That was very kind and considerate! Then with my Meal I order A Super Size Orange Juice.
I'm confused. Why is it you can order and they will repeat the order back to you. But when you get it there is always something off.I can order a 4 pc or 6 pc nugget and get 1 sauce. I can order a 10 pc nugget and get 2 sauces. But if you order a 20 pc it only comes with 3 sauces. And the 40 pc I ordered came with 3 sauces. Is there a 3 sauce limit?This store is very stingy with sauces it seems. I hate having to circle back to get enough sauce for larger orders.
Ordered through mobile app while on the way. 20 minutes later we arrived in spot #4. Waited another 15 mins. Watched the drive thru cleared out twice as well as the "drive thru reservation" spots cleared. Then our order was brought to us curbside. Sweet tea was not sweet, fries were old and cold and so were the 20 pcs nuggets. Overall the service and taste of food was awful. Don't understand why one McDs associate was power washing the pavement at 12:15 pm. LUNCH TIME RUSH!
I usually always go to this McDonald’s as it’s the closest to my house and the staff is always so friendly. This time I ordered a two 10 piece nugget meal large and waited 5 or so minutes for my order. I came home to find out they didn’t even give me half my order in fries and they were ice cold. However, my nuggets were hot. Very disappointed to say the least
Indoor play place still closed as of April 3, 2022. I setup my food order on the indoor touchscreen, the order was slightly wrong as well as they forgot a toy in one of the 3 Happy meals. Tables were not wiped down. No ketchup out and available for customers unless you ask at the counter. When I went to the counter to ask they seemed more interested in their conversation than helping the customer. With all the extra employees available because we are setting up the order ourselves you would think the other seemingly small details would be squared away. Restroom was clean.
For McDonalds, it's a 5 of 5. Order was placed in app and was spot-on accurate with wife's customizations. Hot food too. Only ding was the slice of cheese on my burger was almost not on it. Still was good though.
Drive thru closes at midnight. At 11:00pm they're walking around inside but won't get on the mic to take your order.
Had a warm meal on a weekday during peak hour (lunch time). The young lady at the register was polite and very helpful with my order. My meal/coffee were nice and warm.
Great staff and management. I had issue with my drive thru order and they fixed it beyond my expectations. Thank you!
I went here a couple weeks ago service was fast and the food was good.
