I was here this morning for breakfast. I came to Jacksonville for a wedding, and I visited from Myrtle Beach. We went inside to order on the kiosk, but the kiosk malfunctioned and wouldn’t process the order. So, I ordered on my phone using the mobile app. My boyfriend and I were sitting at a table, waiting for the order. I glanced at my screen and saw that my order number wasn’t on the TV that they display the orders on. Mariah, one of the managers, came to my table and asked us if we were waiting on something. I let her know that I had placed a mobile order, so we were waiting for it. She went to the kitchen to check on it, and brought it out within a minute. I thought that it was very kind of her to go the extra mile and make sure our order was complete. There were no mistakes with our order, the food was great, and Mariah’s attitude really made our day. We hope that she gets some sort of recognition for the way she goes above and beyond, because that’s honestly quite rare these days (I worked at a McDonald’s when I was in high school, so I’m quite familiar!).
i came through the drive through last night and a young lady brieze was working and she had such amazing customer service and kept a smile on her face the entire time while helping me. 10/10 recommend!
Very clean large dining room with play area . The tables were cleaned while I was eating. Kiosks are functioning. Food came fast as ordered. 4 stars not 5 because: was not greeted when I came in and one of the workers reporting for work raced me in to order at the kiosk. Also my go to McDonald’s is better so I know it can be better. I’ll come back and upgrade if appropriate.
This place is always so nice, and the food is spot it to what you ordered. Today was no exception, wish I lived closer because this is the best McDonald's in Jacksonville, NC. Keep up the great work! ?
I waited 30 min for my food for someone to come out twice and ask what I had because they either forgot my order or gave it to someone else. Need more staff and better training.
First time I had an issue with the restaurant, a disabled lady was having issues doing math and arguing with the employee about the total (the lady was wrong). Wouldn’t have been an issue but the employee started mocking her when she went to the kiosk, which is pretty unprofessional.Then today, the fries I got were hot, but clearly not fried. They were straight up raw and in a ball of mush. Completely inedible. They were so wet from thawing and being covered in oil that the cardboard sleeve was falling apart and mushy.Just not a good place to go.
Their employees seriously need to learn how to be nice and courteous to the customer's. As someone that also works at McDonald's but thankfully a different one, I know how important it is to be nice to customer's, but the employees that are on window here everytime I go thru are rude. They won't speak to you, and if they do say anything, it's short and sassy. If you can't give your job your best then leave and let someone else have it.
Well it’s McDonald’s food. Had no problem with the food. Lobby felt ten degree hotter than outside. Lots of flies. Floor was greasy/slippery. Staff was friendly and helpful.
I stopped by tonight and placed my order and had to wait for 10 minutes for the car in front of me because their order was messed up. When I got to the pay window the order that was read back wasn’t mine so after getting my order corrected and paid for I proceeded to the second window where I was handed my food. I checked my bag before pulling away and it was not my order. I caught the attention of the young lady at the window who asked for the bag back, now let me say the food in the bag was not something I would order or wanted however it concerns me that a bag that was in my vehicle and that I went through was taken back into the window and placed on the counter not the trash. I asked to speak with the manager and explained my concerns and he looked at me blankly and said have a nice night. So my concerns were very much dismissed which is the reason I rarely go to this location but I was with family and the chose this location. Covid is still a concern so be careful with this location.
Says they open at 5:30 wait till 530 for the drive through the open and then they come over and say we don’t open till 6 great customer service I tell you
