No spice. Ordered 2 drunken noodles, one at spice 3 and the other at spice 5. Neither dish was spicy. Waiter brought us a bottle of sriracha to spice the dishes up. Flavor was good but sriracha can’t replace good thai peppers. Price was as expected and not bad for serving size.
This place had very good food, and great service. I suggest the ramen bowls, they’re amazing! I always go back with my family even though we live an hour away!
Loved the food and good service. The presentation of the food was really good, well cooked and flavorful dishes. Best pineapple fried in a long time, honey dew bobba tea was awesome.
I love this place, wide variety of food, and sushi! When I order take out its ALWAYS ready no more than 15 minutes.However Dine-In on the other hand... The way they present their food, is comparable to a fancy super expensive restaurant. Highly recommend, we eat here at least once a month if not more.
Sat at the bar and had an organic green tea and the lunch special of 2 rolls for $10. Spicy crispy Tuna and some kind of salmon roll, both were delicious and served super fresh. Would absolutely return for such a great lunch deal!
1. Either all there 4 and 5 stars are paid for reviews or yall just anything2. Nothing is freshly made. I literally asked the lady if they had a microwave they were using to warm food and her exact response was "oh, we don't microwave those items". So my following question was "why is half stone cold and the other hot because that an action of a microwave and not a stove" - of course there is a puzzled response. I understand that restaurants may use microwave to deal with alot of customers. Well no more than 30 ppl can fit in here at one time so all food should be fresh.3. The rice is extremely overcooked. Otherwise it has a decent flavor. Stay away from the shrimp ?4. The veggie seafood soup..... scallops so chewy. I was positive is wasn't safe to eat. The Broth is solid. I'd drink it if I was sick ?5. They may as well have a "seat yourself" sign because that what your directed to do anyway.6. Wing just came splatter with sauce. Most people eat visually ESPECIALLY if you are paying for a meal. They should at least look good. Wing were white as dust with red sauce just poured over. The lady said that they don't toss the Wing in the wok anymore. So room temp wings with cold sauce. No thank you7. The booth seating needs to be chanced out immediately. Anytime you sit down and you can feel the wooden frame in you butt, that's a problem. Im sure every customer there has said something about it8. Good help is hard to find. That's all, that's it.9. You can tell that not much work is put into the kitchen. The cook just cooks. Not his love or passion.

Our favorite sushi place in Jacksonville! We frequent here at least once a week, sometimes more and also do pickup all the time. The staff is always friendly and the food is always amazing!
THIS WAS THE BEST RAMEN I EVER HAD!! The pork belly just melts in your mouth!! This is my new and favorite spot til the day I die!!! I love their food!!!
I've been to Mandarin many times, however, many of those times I've been were very disappointing, that got me to write this review. One time I ordered I waited about 30-35 minutes just to get the food. I gotten egg drop soup, and rolls. I got the soup super late and did not come with a spoon. I asked the waiter to quickly grab a spoon, and he did not even come with it until 6 minutes later, which should not even take that long to grab a spoon. Another time I used their pickup services. Whenever you order online, you get a text message to your phone stating how long you must wait. Sometimes they respond when the order is ready, and sometimes they don't. When I arrived at the restaurant, I arrived 25 minutes after I sent out my order. No respond messages saying it was ready, so I decided to come inside hoping it was ready. I had to wait at least 15 minutes before I got my food. When I got my order, the staff did not even apologize. Next time I used their pickup services, I ordered salmon rolls and Alaskan rolls, and when I went back home to open it up, instead of salmon rolls, it was tuna rolls. This restaurant needs to improve their services, this was very disappointing, I would not want to leave any tips for anyone in this restaurant.
