I'm very disappointed in what I witnessed today. One of the women that had the little Cesar's shirt on but was sitting near the door was being really ugly with a customer because he had expressed his concern/ frustration with waiting so long for his order. The customer was waiting a while but was speaking calmly to the employee that was actually working when the one sitting down butted in by asking him if we wanted to go back there and make it himself. He responded that it wasn't her business to which she kept repeating that yes it was her business despite the fact that she wasn't even working. By the way my pick up order was over 20 minutes late before it was placed in the pizza portal and it wasn't even warm. Until the manager does something with the current staff I would recommend paying a little bit more for pizza elsewhere that won't come with so much attitude. What a shame.
1. Bathroom lock doesn’t work, there was no soap in the bathroom but there is a sign saying for employees to wash there hands.. how?2. Employees didn’t greet us or anything when we came in. 10 minutes later skytierra (however it’s spelled) walks up and stares at my friend with rude expression and not friendly. So my friend says hi I’m here to pick up and she kinda groans and mumbles something like “it’s in the back”. She seemed annoyed by our presence.We ordered ahead and got there on time and still had to wait like 20 minutes for our food?3. Skytierra (however it’s spelled) wasn’t wearing gloves while putting pepperoni and cheese on pizza and neither was the other girl.4. Our pizza was not cut
If I could give this place a -1 out of 5 I would. I don’t know how this place is still open. Literally every time that I’ve gone, something is “wrong with the ovens” or “they don’t have enough doughs to make the pizzas”.They always say this, meanwhile there is people making pizzas on the back. This place is seriously a joke. One time I came in to just order some cheese sticks and they told me that it was going to take 2 hours because they had a lot of pizzas to make. I looked at the screen and there weren’t any pizzas, store was completely empty and didn’t see anybody in the back making any pizzas they where just talking. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but please don’t waste your time here and go to another location. Oh and most important the employees working there are just rude and incompetent.
My family and I had a horrible day and we waiting on our pizza and breadsticks to come. The delivery was quick, but the food was raw. I spit it out and told my kids not to eat it. My wife Is taking the food back to the store on Western Blvd. We are figuring something else out for dinner. I guess when it rains it pours. On our last order, they forgot the buffalo wings. That’s why I didn’t order it this time. Maybe next time I’ll just order some sauce.
It pains me to give it one star as this is my kids' favorite pizza. This is the 2nd time we have ordered from this location. We will no longer be a customer here. In short, the store manager needs to be fired. The employees are not making quality products and the manager bears responsability. Please, LC listen to our complaints and provide better service and improve your quality.My order: a cheese pizza (okay, not the best), a pepperroni cheese bread (pictured below....worst one of the two I have ordered), and bbq wings (the sauce was super salty).
Worst Little Caesar’s in town. 2nd time in a row we order from there and the pizza was so undercooked and we couldn’t even eat the crazy bread. Waste of money. I wish I could give them no stars. Horrible place and pizza.
They are always nice when you go inside, but they never answer their phone. The bathroom door doesn’t lock and they barely have toilet paper the soap dispenser is hanging on for dear life with one nail. The food comes out fast but sometimes to fast and under cooked

The location on western Blvd is a mess! They DO NOT understand how to run the business as a grab and go. They NEVER have anything ready for pickup or takeout. NEVER. today is the 3rd time in a row where they have no pizza and tell me it's ainimum of 30i minutes for a hot and ready pizza!?!? Their management is absolutely atrocious. NEVER go there until they change ownership, management or you wwamt to wait 30 minutesfor a grab and go pizza
DISGUSTING!!!!!Came in for a Hot n Ready at 4:30p Friday 11.19.21.Only one pizza in the Hot n Ready warmer, a pepperoni pizza. $5.94 later, I took the pizza three minutes to my home. I sat down, opened the pizza box and the pepperoni pizza was withered, dry, not even warm and it tasted like I was biting into a big fat hunk of grease... YUCK!! The crust had not been cut all the way through, so I was ripping the pizza apart like a barbarian. Was absolutely ? DISGUSTING!!Was like eating cardboard. So DISAPPOINTED in Little Ceasar's.I even tipped the cook/cashier for being so prompt and nice.Mmmmm Get it together, Jacksonville.
