If I come thru the drive thru I dnt need the person on the window to order my food. Be patient and wait for a person to read the menu not everyone know what they once come to the window. Customers are always right now matter what!!! Also if it was a manager on the speak she should do better. Also dnt need some guy come to the window after I order my food and question me what I order do ur job and mind ur own busy. I come here and spend very much money since I live right across the street. Thank u and do better

So i tried ordering from here for delivery and they will not deliver because i wouldn't tip them i know the general manager and store manager this outrageous if you don't make a lot of tips you get paid the same as in house that day this is crazy rick and tony really is
One of the best jimmy johns i been to, sandwich loaded with toppings but not falling apart.
The food is good, but I’ve gotten food from here 5 times now, 3 times from the restaurant itself and twice at the drive through and their is always something wrong with the orders, stuff on the sandwiches we didn’t ask for, bread type wrong, drinks wrong etc.

Usually it's great food, but tonight I ordered a Turkey Tom with hot peppers and was given a sandwich made with lettuce instead of bread. I never said anything about it being a lettuce wrap.

Sandwiches look like they weren't finished. Very light on ingredients, not cut in half, wrapped sloppily.
As far as JJ goes, this one is mediocre on timing and they have an awful habit of giving you like 2 pounds of ice and 6 ounces of soda when you order their largest cola. I still feel cheated out of my drink. No, seriously, it was 70% to the top of near solid ice. I know most places put in like 30% to save money but that's just ridiculous. They make the sandwiches well but I cannot in good conscious rate it 4 stars. Maybe 3.5. I asked for no ice, by the way.
