I enjoy the beach club sub cause I'm an avocado fan not many sub places have avocado
Very unhappy with my 2 sandwiches purchased. I ordered 2 large turkey subs with extra meat and additional toppings selected. But once home I pulled out 2 of the most undesirable sandwiches with less meat and toppings to fill a toddler! Not pleased and I always sing JJ's praises but this was pathetic.
Was CONCERNED to walk-in at 9pm on Saturday night and there's ONLY ONE PERSON WORKING (and a delivery driver out on a run)...that usually means a DISGRUNTLED employee is left to pick up the pieces. This was my first time trying JIMMY JOHN'S. Must say I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED at the POLITE & GENUINE CUSTOMER SERVICE that I received from SAM !! I will definitely be back again.
I really enjoyed my experience at this Jimmy John's! There are three Jimmy John's in Jacksonville, NC & we chose the Western Boulevard location because it was closer to our location. We tried the new Black and Bleu Sandwich & it was great! The staff was friendly, the food was good, overall, I would highly recommend it. I am very picky about restaurants & this one met my standards. Great job Jimmy John's!
obviously made from two different halfs of an 8inch so that was weird and I wish I could post a picture because there are more ingredients smeared outside of the sandwich instead of in the sandwich. I already felt dumb paying 20 bucks for a sandwich but now I'm just sad.
Drive out of my way to make it to order food 30 min before the place closes, walk in the open door guy says oh uh sorry but uh we uh already shut down uh. The world is soooooo full of lazy.
Jimmy johns is always great, employees are friendly and freaky fast!
Took over an hour and a half for delivery !!!!! Not the first time either .
They weren't friendly, food was terrible, place was a mess and the bathrooms were atrocious
Enjoyed the subs cheap price and little wait time.
