Food is DELICIOUS-- STAFF have an ATTITUDE the customer is an INCONVENIENCE. Spoke to the manager, he guaranteed the individual(s) would be council & receive more training.

So while I lived in Jersey, I never went to Jersey Mike's, but, this is by far the best hogie shop around here. Plus the people there are awesome. They know what's good, offer good advice on what to get, and always put heart and soul into the sandwiches! Go here, you will not regret it!

Worst Marketing department EVER! They play a stupid horrible musical jingle commercial that sounds like something from The Sims, and the commercial is before EVERY SINGLE YOUTUBE VIDEO. It's been like that for WEEKS, maybe all month. I have never even been to Jersey Mike's, but this stupid commercial is so annoying that I have decided to BOYCOTT Jersey Mike's out of the PRINCIPLE that they keep ASSAULTING my eardrums with their cacophony. I will NEVER buy a Jersey Mike's gift card, NEVER.
They remodeled the place. New chair table menu board. Took out the TV.I had the worst big kahuna cheese steak ever. Dry, over cooked almost no mushrooms. The changed the bread. Not the same as was. Now the thing is mostly bread. Very disappointed ?
