Sandwiches were delicious as always. Workers were respectful, stores clean. But best of all 100% of the proceeds this day went to special Olympics. What a great sandwich shop.
My food has always been amazing! The Employees has always been a pleasure while ordering! The cook always prepare my Chipotle Steak to my satisfaction.
They make the best subs in town, eat there once a week
If I could leave a zero-star review for this place, I would. If you're in Jacksonville, go to the one at 301 Western instead--FAR better.The staff at this location all come across like they're stoned, and if you ask for something simple (like crispy bacon), they act like you're asking for something wholly impossible...instead of something requiring a few minutes on the grill.Once, no joke, a sandwich artist didn't even speak English.I don't recommend going to this location in any way. I went there three times over a span of three months and hoped maybe they'd self-correct some of the problems I saw, but no such luck. These people don't deserve your business.
I ordered online and I pay an extra three dollars to use the gluten-free bread because I have celiac‘s disease I pick up my order that was not ready at the pick up time I get home I unwrap my sub and it is not gluten-free bread I try to call the restaurant three or four times and they do not answer for someone who just wants to eat gluten free bread for themselves it might not be a big deal but for someone who has no choice but to eat gluten-free because of something as serious as celiac‘s disease I now can’t eat this entire sub why am I paying three extra dollars for something for it to be wrong

They have good subs. Pretty quick for in n out service.
Visited this Jersey Mike’s recently. I have been going there since it opened. I must say each time in the past year, the service has gone down immensely. The people behind the counter have become rude and very condescending. I ordered a #13. The girl starts preparing a #3. I said that’s not what I ordered. She then says…are you changing your mind. I said, no. A #13 is what I ordered. If she wasn’t busy flirting with one of the male associates, maybe she would have heard what I said. Secondly, why aren’t they wearing masks?
Ordered a Turkey club. Got home and was eating one half. Got done with that half and was about to eat the other half and there was a bug on my food. I kindly called the location and told them I wanted to speak with a manager they lady said “ok hold on” the guy says “ they want a manager?….. who is it?” The lady said she didn’t know he said “find out what they are wanting. When she got back on the phone I said I have a bug on my sandwich I need to speak with the manager…. Putting me on hold again, she come back and says “….do you just want another sub?”
