We were seated promptly however, after being assured we had plenty of time to receive our meals, eat and make it back to work, that wasn't the case. We told our server that we needed to get back to work and our server said she would check on our order. She came back and told us it would be an additional "2 or 3 minutes to box our food up". Again, we told her that we needed to go. She didn't give us our check so I left a $5 bill on the table to cover the cost of my drink. We had to leave in order to make it back to work on time. Will never go back there again. I worked in the food service industry for many years and it was horrible service! My drink was very refreshing however ?
Quality and service has went downhill. Over cooked dry chicken and fries. Straight up syrup drinks. Out of box kids Mac n cheese served burning to a toddler. Tiny coffee cups. Waiter rushing you out. No utensils. No coffee stirer. Plastic cups for our drinks?.Never again this location. ..
Order wrong food taste like water eggs
We went twice, this review covers both. The food was very fast the first time, slow the second. Food was hot both times. Delicious as always. Love the panckakes!
Stood at the hostest stand for at least 10 minutes then sat forever before our server came over to us. Once we were able to order it took over 35minutes for our food to arrive( the waitress had come over and apologized and literally said that sorry the kitchen doesn't know what they are doing) and believe me they don't. My order of country fried steak came out with dried gravy on it and she said before she put it down they had run out of gravy then she brings me turkey gravy for it(really?!) Then she brings me some country gravy the "whipped up" and it was watery and tasted like straight flour. Now I used to be a gm for IHOP in Ohio and never in my life had I seen such a as backward ran establishment and never once did we see a manager. Horrible!!!
Quick and friendly service. Food was good and the coffee wasn't burnt.
our food was very very tasty and filling, and our server, Tameka was exceptional! one of the best ihop restaurants i’ve been to and i look forward to coming back again! :) (only reason for 4/5 is because certain menu items were unavailable)

When there are truly amazing individuals taking care of you, it makes normal food shine and ever more enjoyable. We were able to take our time for lunch even though it was extremely busy. We had a great experience because IHOP's wait staff are true gems.
