It’s gone downhill in recent years. Wings were way over cooked to almost burnt. The place just didn’t look clean and the mens restroom was really nasty with no soap so the male employees who are doing the cooking are too sorry to put soap in the dispenser or don’t know it’s empty since they don’t wash their hands.

Whoa. This place has gone downhill since we have been to this location. The bathroom was in shocking condition - looked like someone took a literally wrecking ball to it. Broken toilet seat (like broken into pieces), faucet falling apart and paper towel holder looked like someone punched it, it was barely on the wall. Oh and no soap. Nice. Folks that was the LADIES BATHROOM. Go back to our table and the whole time we sat being forced to watch infomercials and news on the 6 screens around us. Fun times. Watched the manager stand around the entire time we were there, doing nothing but vape. Classy. Wings were hot and tasty but we won’t be back. Don’t think this place will be around much longer…. RIP Hooters of Jacksonville….
Will never go back.First we ordered prezel sticks and cheese. The nacho cheese was okay the pretzel sticks... some were cold some were steaming hot some were almost dripping with grease where others were dry. We asked the very sweet waitress what was good on the menu and she couldn't provide an answer. We ordered and found out why she couldn't give an answer. Everything and I mean everything was awful! The burger patties on my husbands burger were worse than fast food, so greasy they just broke apart, and my chicken tenders were worse than anything i have ever eaten. Nothing but rubber! My stomach is killing me just after eating one! When she came back to the table we told her we now knew why she didn't recommend anything and she agreed. Was offered a free dessert, said we didn't want it if they made it and she told us it was pre-made and it was the only thing edible. Manager did not give it to us for free but she did remove it for us. Would not trust the food and will never be going back!
Hands down one of the dingiest Hooters I've ever been too. The girls we beautiful of course but dang the rest of the place needs work. The floors were sticky and the atmosphere was like and old diner. Floor lay out is weird too. Have to dodge around tables and the bar to get anywhere. No straight shot to anything. If I wasn't there to play poker I wouldn't be back. Use a clean mop to mop your floors. Sticky floors are disgusting.
We were a party of nine and they were ready to seat us right away. The food was fantastic.
Enjoyed a huge plate of wings here, just regular Buffalo sauce. Good atmosphere and good food. Only issue was a double jack and coke cost me about $9. Enjoyed everything that was on TV during the meal and every member of the staff that passed me talked to me.
I am a HUGE fan of hooters wings and fries but honestly this was NOWHERE near the Florida standard.The sauces were mild. The 3 mile island was hardly even hot. The curly fries were under cooked and under spiced..our waitress Kabrina was lovely though the star is for her
Had a good time with friends. Part of wait staff were new and training, but did a wonderful job. Food was less than expected.
Staff was friendly. Wings were absolutely awful though. I had the original wings with hot sauce. Almost no sauce on any of the wings and they were honestly the worst wings I’ve ever had. Made me sick when I got home. Curly fries had a long curly hair in them. Might’ve just been an off day for them but it was not good
