I paid 5 dollars for chicken tenders but when I got my box they look like chicken nuggets! They forgot my sauce after I had to tell her three times what sauce I wanted and then I had to wait several minutes to get it! When I complained to manager she replaced my nuggets because they still weren't tenders
I ordered (#2) SuperStar combo with Blue Lemon Pie.Meat patties were thicker than other fast food joints. Blue Lemon pie was ?The Cashier, Ms. Kyajah was very nice and friendly! Thank you ?I will come again next time to try the Bacon Beast ?
Average Hardees not much to say. Was good food but the customer service could have been better seemed as if the staffed isnt experienced. Decent food tho.
This Hardee's, that I've seen, is never busy. That can say one of two things - they're garbage, or their food is prepared to order and hot when received. I'm happy to say that for this location, it's the latter! I was craving a really good burger, and preggy cravings are not to be denied. The food was made fresh, hot, and perfectly delicious. My only critique is that a large fry is more like a smallish medium, and the onion ring batter is quite dense, and could do with some salt. None of that is the cashier's fault of course, and I absolutely adored her! I'll ne choosing this location for all of my burger-craving needs this pregnancy!
For the love of all that is holy save yourself this experience. We wanted something different tonight and thought we’d try this Hardee’s. Worst mistake ever. We ordered ahead of time and went to pick it up. They’re out of nearly everything and tried to tell us we didn’t have an order even though we had the confirmation number and they already took our money. There’s definitely a reason this Hardee’s has such a terrible rating.
Waited over 20 minutes to get a breakfast platter. Same story every time I stop at this location
If I could give a zero i would. Ordered our food in the drive thru and paid. Told to pull down and wait. Which is fine but no other cars behind us. Reversed back up to the window to see what was going on after a long wait. Was handed a cold bag of food and fries that looked and felt like they came from mop water. The cashier had the personality of dried produce. Mayonnaise on the chicken sandwich looked so old it was clear and clobbered. And the chicken was like trying to pull a piece of leather off and chew it. The strawberry milkshake was frothy and looked like it had been sitting on the counter for a while. Wasn't even to the rim of the cup. No whip cream or anything. Just melted bubbly ice cream. Worst service ever. Whoever runs this place needs to wake up. Wasted hard earned money. Will be calling corporate so this hopefully didn't happen to anyone else! Don't waste your time or money.
I like to come to this location before or after I do my shopping at sam's club. Food is always great and the staff is excellent. Keep up the great work. Emmy was my cashier today, she's awesome. Thank you! ?
Well it was the lady at the drive thru she was so sweet and professional I had to let her keep the change that voice and attitude did it for me which is rare these days???????!
$22. For two big Hardee combos. Manager made us pay super size price because they only had extra large cups. Took 25 minutes to get our food, it was cold anyway. No sauce on the burgers. Will never eat at Hardee's again
