Hardee's service has gone way down, food is okay, but wait time is terrible, which I understand with an under staffed kitchen, but a little courtesy goes a long way, and I felt like the service was just plain rude.
The Mac and Cheese was awful! I had to wait almost 20 minutes before I got it and I stood there watching them microwave it. It was soupy and still cold! Everything I order was warm at best. Customer service was great and that's what the food should have been!
My cheeseburger was cold. To me that's a unacceptable sorry experience. If I'm going to stop somewhere to get something to eat I expect it to be hot and fresh. I DO NOT LIKE COLD FOOD.

Ordered two 5.00 meal deals big cheese burger an the one the bun was so hard it could be used as a brick. The fries were cold and salty. An the other one the bun was hard but not as hard as the first one fries were cold and salty. The staff was unfriendly. I'm not stopping by to get anything from there. I'm done. Lost my business
every time we come here they always tell us to pull forward. the last 2 times they have told us to move forward we did and they had us waiting for 30 minutes, due to this we told them we would just wait at the window. the lady got an attitude when we told her this and stated that we were running her time up on the drive thru timer.... i understand you want to keep your timing reasonable but when you tell people to move up and have them waiting for an extended amount of time your management should know how long it takes you to do your job.
Always a good spot for breakfast. For me sausage biscuit gravy, extra egg extra sausage Patti, for my wife sausage egg and cheese biscuit and oj ?
