Just as good as the last 10 locations I've visited. Amazing burgers and delicious fries. Shakes are decent too.
Not worth the money. The burgers and fries are okay, but not worth almost 10 dollars for the burger which is like every other fast food burger. The prices are ridiculous.
I honestly love five guys but sometimes coming here is uncomfortable due to the fact that some employees give you a disgusted look. My family simply came in to eat and we were welcomed by one of the cooks just continuously staring at us the entire time we ordered. Even after looking behind me into the parking lot, to just simply make sure there wasn’t someone behind us outside, (which there wasn’t) I turn back to continue ordering and yet there’s he is continuously starring at me with this blank and “I don’t like you type look” even after trying to order our food, it got to the point to where I asked my wife and openly to the cashier “why is he just staring at us and me more than anyone”. She looked back and he’s still staring the entire time over the entire 3-6 minutes of us ordering. Then I was trying to pay for my food and he looks back and turns right back and stares right through me making it obvious he’s looking at me. I feel like at this point we aren’t welcomed here for whatever reason. I was polite and so was my wife with the cashier lady who kindly helped us out but o became bothered by how when we come into FiveGuys we get this look and it’s not just me being paranoid but the mere fact that when everyone else came in this gentleman smiled and spoke with all the other people that came in and picked up their food and didn’t say a single thing to us other than our order number. There is a high chance me and my family will not be eating here ever again.
I got a burger, small fries and small drink and paid almost 18$. That is to expensive for me to go back. But the food tasted good and was ready quickly.
As always, staff at this particular Five Guys were great. The food is screaming hot and tastes amazing. Still overpriced but very tasty!

Only 3 stars because of poor thru-way design in the parking lot, especially in peak hours. Not really Five Guys fault but directly effects you because their parking spots get blocked by the Popeyes drive-thru. At least in the front anyways.
Was hardly anyone in there. Was nice. Staff was friendly food was great as always. Wish New Bern would get one. Come on New Bern step it up.
The burger was great, but not so much the fries. Many were hard and overcooked.
