I went in here for the first time yesterday (10-27-2021) and the staff there are amazing!!! So friendly and helpful..The customer service I got was outstanding!! I pregnant and the lady's was so sweet and they took the time to let me look and talk with me and to make sure I (the baby) got what we wanted....The sub I got was amazing also..I will for sure be back...Thank you to all of the employees that was at work yesterday (10-27-2021)....
I don't even give them 1 star. But I couldn't post without putting up at least 1 star.This place is not a good place to eat they are to over priced for the little bitty subs they serve and their also to dry. They also have people that work for them that are rude, disrespectful, discriminate, and are prejudice. It also is a bad place to work. They will fire a teenager because they aren't feeling good and yet still worked thier whole shift with thier stomach messed up. And say that this child is constantly on thier phone but other kids be on thier phones as well. Or even standing around watching others work.
The smokehouse brisket is the best sandwich anywhere! A close second is the new york steamer sub!

I love firehouse subs. This one always has my online order ready on time without fail and the employees are always friendly and nice.
i just got an italian sub through doordash and it was completely cold and soggy. i am very disappointed since it was only about 8-9 minutes from the driver picking it up to when it got to me & by that time the entire bottom of the sub was completely soggy. i’d rather go back to jersey mike’s at this point.
Good to go. The day I went to Firehouse I eat the medium Cajun Chicken sandwich, it was big, delicious, a nice combination of flavors with a little of spicy, recommended. My friends tried the Engineer and the Steak and Cheese sandwiches, just good comments. The day I went everything was clean, the workers was nice, and they were cleaning all tables after people lift. The place is conveniently place close to the Onslow Memorial Hospital. I'll come back for sure.
