Frederick is literally my favorite employee! He always treats me so kindly and asks if I need anything after my order is given to me. He wears gloves every single time we interact and one of the reasons I like coming back here, because it's so welcoming and inviting.
The price was decent, but all of the food seemed like it was microwaved and was very bland. The serving sizes were very large, but we couldn't even eat them because they just had no taste or flavor. Really could be better if time was spent actually flavoring the chicken that seems like it's out of a can.
Unlimited garlic bread if you dine in. Great options for lunch and dinner. Good service and economical menu. I really like their pastas.

I consider Fazoli’s to be one of my favorite fast-food and Italian restaurants. I grew up going to them, so when I moved to Jacksonville I was excited to hear there was a Fazoli’s in town. The staff is always friendly, especially Frederick during my last visit. Can’t wait to go back and get my baked spaghetti and breadsticks!

The food was delicious, piping hot and fresh. The manager came around with fresh baked bread sticks and grated fresh cheese on top on our pasta! I'll be honest I was skeptical at first but I'm glad I trusted my wife and lo and behold what a great lunch we had. The servings were so big that we had enough for supper too. Not to mention it was only $20 for us both. Seriously...try them out. The service and food is truly top notch! I wish I had gotten the manager's name for he was awesome and on point! We hired chief for my sisters hen party to cook for 13 hungry guests in Bath.he made everything so easy, from booking to the moment he left us.The meal was superbly cooked and served and tasted amazing.The kitchen was left spotless.Can’t recommend him enough. Competitive prices and very helpful and friendly. Everyone loved the evening.
We were given the link to the chef . Thank heavens they did. The evening meal for our Golden Wedding celebration was outstanding. It was like being in a high end restaurant without the bother of going out the door! The food, freshly prepared, was delicious and served , in true uncommon style, giving the the details of each dish. He washed everything up and left the kitchen spotless. A wonderful evening.
Absolutely incredible chefs. They catered for all our dietary needs, came well prepared and also included all plates and cutlery as part of the package. The food was incredible - this really was a pizza to remember and really helped make our weekend! We will definitely be using again! Thank you
