This food is absolutely horrible, did not receive proper order first of all but figured I would eat it regardless. Started eating assessment chicken and ran into shredded bones, not cartilage but bones. Cutting the roof of my mouth after taking a bite I spit the food out just could not trust the rest of my meal. Had a pork egg roll which was extremely soggy and absolutely tiny. Ordered two orders ofcrab rangoons only received one. Asked for hot mustard and soy sauce and received duck sauce which I hate when calling the store because doordash would not help me the service I got was her arguing with me on the phone and then hanging up the phone mid conversation. I called back and told them how I felt and they were trying to fix the order but multiple times I told them just forget about it at this point and they proceeded to call me eight times and then text me multiple times harassing me
really wish i could give a lesser review than one star. I ordered the food last night. Took my order and immediately hung up no time of delivery or good bye just got the order, address, and card info for delivery and hung up immediately. got to my hotel 50 minutes later. Was not great food and smelled funny. Next day (today) I start having my phone absolutely blown up by a new york number while i’m at work. After a handful of calls i finally step off to the side to figure out who needs me this bad. Tracy is the employee starts demanding my card info before explaining why. After i ask why she explains very poorly that they never charged my card for my food and she has to have my card number immediately. i inform her i am at work very busy and would have to call her later. She agrees and we mutually agree i would call her when i’m not busy. not even 5 minutes go by and she starts just persistently calling my phone while i’m at work still incredibly busy. no matter how many times i sent her to voicemail or text that i just can’t talk rn she keeps hounding me. finally i am able to speak to her and she informs me they charged another customers card instead of mine. Just don’t order from here. take the 2 star review of this establishment as a warning
I ordered some food over door dash. Once I received it, I was missing a whole meal. Along with that, I received 6 crab ragoons that were advertised as ten. These were also WAY under cooked, the outside and inside were completely doughy. However, I did give the duck a try. As a Chinese person, the duck itself was great/not too bad, but completely drowned in a super salty sauce that made it unedible. The rice that came with the duck tasted like it wasnt made with clean water, it gave off a strong chlorine aftertaste. Truly disappointed in the food that I've gotten. I would not recommend ordering from here, hoping me and my husband do not get sick.
Chicken tasted like charcoal!!! Rice tasted like maggots and the food had a distinguishing odor.THE PRICE WAS UNBELIEVABLE and the workers were petty WORST PLACE EVERRRR..!!
I ordered food to Camp Johnson, Camp Lejeune, which is a 4 minute drive from the place and as of writing this, and I have been waiting outside for about an hour and the lady on the phone was very rude, telling me that I will get a call when the driver gets here and hung up. Not ordering from here again.
If I could give them negative stars I would. I’ll start off with the price. The menu did not match the actual price I ended up paying. When I included taxes I paid almost $7 more than I was supposed to. The rice must’ve been at least 24 to 36 hours old. The pork was barely even a thing in my meal. The chicken seemed to have been made with expired ingredients. The lady had a ton of attitude on the phone and I should’ve cancelled my order when she was arguing with me about questions that I had. I’ll put it to you like this, I rather eat MRE’s than order from this place again.
It's exactly what you'd expect from Jacksonville. This isn't a place for great Chinese food but not the worst either. I use this place as a cheat fast dinner place. Cheap Chinese food but use doordash for faster delivery. Add the rice to a pan and an egg and some soy sauce and add the chicken to another pan and add a few extra spices or sauces to up their level and it'll be just fine. Takes n extra 5 minutes and tastes a little better.
I’ve never had a problem with service here. Food is always ready for pickup within 15 mins and my order has always been correct. Sometimes the food tastes better than others (I order the same thing almost ever time) but it always tastes good and the food is always still warm.
their lunch specials are good, egg rolls getting smaller and more greasy, usually order hot and sour soup, most of the time it's good, last time it was just full of chinese water chestnuts and baby corn like the cook made a pint, realized the order was for a quart and filled the container up with those 2 inedible items..was the worst soup i ever tried ann i've been eating this soup for over 35 years...never been a fan of water chesnuts or baby corn and the main reason why i order this soup because i've never seen them in it, until now...stick with the lunch specials, the rest is too salty or not that great...
Ordered 45 mins before closing and my teriyaki chicken and wontons burnt to a crisp. I haven't eaten all day so imma eat what I can but I'm not happy for the price and what I got. Haven't tried beef low mein or chicken rice yet I'm full on burnt wonton and burnt chicken I'm poor now and just overall sad.
