We have tried this place three times in three years just because it appears that it should be good and fun. We walked out EVERY SINGLE TIME after sitting at the bar 10 minutes with various staff going around us without any acknowledgement. It sucks so bad!!!
The food here was awesome. We had two helpings of the chips and salsa that I couldn’t stop eating. We had the fish and shrimp tacos, the best I ever had. The restaurant was very clean and the staff was very nice. I will definitely return for another dinner. I highly recommend this restaurant for lunch or dinner.
We used to eat here once a week. Not sure what has happened recently but the service and food has been terrible the last few times. First, our whole house got food poisoning but we love the food there so we tried it again a second time. Second time, we found hair in our food and the chips and tortillas were so burnt we couldn’t eat them. Then today, we placed an order for pickup and it was completely wrong. We called to speak with the manager and he didn’t call us back. Really wanting to give them another chance we requested a refund but re-ordered the same order through DoorDash. For a SECOND time, the order was completely wrong. When I called again to speak to the manager I was told he was on his break and that I needed to go through DoorDash to get my refund. Ultimately, I did have to contact DoorDash support and got my full refund. Very disappointing considering we have been regulars for three years.
The website promised a flavorful, authentic meal. Unfortunately, it was just average. Compounded by the fact that it was ridiculously hot inside and you could smell the disinfectant before you even opened the front doors. While I love some Fabuloso, I don't want to eat it. The odor was so strong it permeated even the drinks. The meal was ok. Not very flavorful. The staff was very kind though! The food just didn't live up to our expectations.

First and last time ever here. In short summary:Service horrible, server came to the table only 3 times within an hour and a half time frame and drinks were not filled in appropriate time leaving us thirsty most the meal.Food below par (chips and salsa were good) and very slow to come outFood runner managed to spill my glass coke and didn't offer a replacment and also in the process splattered salsa on me which got all over my legs, clothes, shoes as well as my son and daughter's clothes and not one person including the food runner or server or manager apologized or offered any type of compensation such as dry cleaning or discount off check.Bathroom area smelled like a port-a-potty.Bill was over 100 dollars and to be honest I get better service and food at a McDonald's!!!

Food was exquisite, colorful, and flavorful! Large selection of authentic Mexican cuisine. Beautiful artwork and a large TV playing Family Feud gave it a lively, fun atmosphere. we were immediately seated and the waitress was friendly and came back often to see if we needed anything. This has become my new favorite restaurant in Jacksonville!
I order arrachera and the steak was gross I couldn't eat it, half of the steak was not cooked good . disappointed.. service was good food not.
Went there for my Birthday lunch with coworkers. Had an amazing meal and they sang Happy Birthday to me. Great dessert and even better service
