They made my drink just the way I like it, the food was delicious and staff is great.

My order was wrong and staff never acknowledged me or my grandson who spoke directly to an employee. This was my first time in this Dunkin will be my last. I'll stick with the one on Marine Blvd.
THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!If you plan on getting any food product from this store, check it before you leave. Also, be on the look out for the negative attitude from the management in this store. Worst experience ever. Customer service is the worst ever. The workers seem unhappy. So much negative vibe in the store. I don’t even know how they get a star.
Customer service here was friendly. Our order came out pretty fast and everything was made correctly. This location is always clean and well stocked. Will be back per usual
Dunkin is open inside for orders and online order pickups. Staff inside was courteous and got my order done quickly. Much faster than waiting in long drive-thru line. Coffee as usual was really good...hot and flavorful. Donuts don't last long there, just because they're damn good too.
Most of these are right on par when asking for food or drinks. Once in a while you get the one that is not so good. Overall I have had some great experience with the business.
Not this location. I do understand that places are short on staff because of Covid however there’s still no need to have people in the drive through waiting for 45 mins then you get to the window they take your money then walk away without giving you your entire order to make another order then when you say something about the wait they just look at you with a smirk and shrug like they don’t even care. Terrible service here. Would not recommend this location.
First time coming to a dunkin down here in NC, and the level of sweetness in my coffee was just ? perfect. There was a long drive thru line, but it moved fairly quickly despite how many cars there were. (wrapped around the building and all the way out to the next parking lot) Got a French vanilla latte iced, and a caramel latte with whipped cream iced (yes we're basic whatever but at least it wasn't pumpkin spice lol.) Overall good experience, no issues.
Donuts are great so is coffee. Much much better than Krispy Kreme.
