Today was a 4 star day. Usually my favorite DD of the 3 in town. Coffee always great. Very slow walk in service and they forgot to give me my Bites so they were on back counter and kinda cool by the time I walked up to tell them they forgot about my order. 1st time buying it and they tasted awful, never again! Not very friendly clerks today (2/8/22).
My coffee was one notch above cold and my croissants was dry. The staff never spoke to any customer inside picking up online orders. Even when a few of us were 1st (and last for me) time customers in this Dunkin didn't know where to find our orders.
I was trying to get some donuts to bring to work this morning. There were 6 people in line in front of me and 4 behind me. The guy working the counter was moving slow as hell like he didn't have a care in the world, or 10 people waiting in line for that matter. I waited 5 minutes and he hadn't even finished with the same person at the beginning of the line. One lady behind me walked out, I gave it another 2 minutes then I had to walk out too because I had to get to work. Extremely slow service. Maybe you should put someone at the counter that can actually put an order together or put more than one person up there. Very disappointed I wasn't able to get donuts this morning. Lesson learned though, I'll go to Krispy Kreme from now on.
I ordered 2 snackin bacons extra crispy, apple filled donut, and a hot coffee. The cashier in at drive thur was rude when she started. I asked her once she gave me my bacon can they cook it to be extra crispy so it wouldn’t look slimy and she gave attitude. She gave me my coffee and bacon back and close the window. I knocked on the window bc she forgot my donut. She came to the window and told the person on the mic hold on with an attitude like I packed my food wrong, as she came to the window and gave attitude I told her you have an attitude but you forgot my donut and is 4:30am with a nasty attitude. It’s too early for that at a coffee shop.
We love Dunkin Donuts! It is definitely one of our favorite places to treat ourselves. However, if I'm being honest...this location was not our best visit. It took a long time for anyone to help us even though there were several staff members standing around looking at the line get longer and the patrons start to lose their patience. The store was dirty both in the lobby and behind the counter, the parchment paper from the donut baskets was hanging over the shelf underneath and the facility just had an undermanaged vibe to it. We used to frequent this DD and it's been a while since we've visited. I hope the next time we go there will be some improvements.
I ordered a Breakfast Sandwich that arrived Piping Hot, Fresh and Tasty. Friendly Window Service without Delay!
Absolutely disgusting. Hash brown tasted like dirty dish water. Breakfast wake up wrap tasted like plastic and my frappe was not mixed at all all the Carmel was sitting at bottom. The workers and establishment was filthy. Restaurant was dirty and allDisgusting. I would not recommend this to anyone at. I believe that the board of health should be contacted
This location had a short line today vs the usual wrap around line so I decided to stop here. The customer service was very friendly, our order came out fast & toasty. Only 4 stars because They were out of Ketchup & The pancakes were freezer burned
Hands down the worst dunkin. Staff is awful, they snap at people, roll their eyes, and show obvious frustration. Customer service is hard but thats not how you handle it. They always mess up my order and the donuts are never fresh.
I always get the same thing when I order my iced coffee...im not sure if they put my order in wrong or just don't care and push whatever button they want. Almost every time I go there my order ends up wrong. I'll place my order.. they will repeat it back and when I get my/our coffee the sticker on my cup is totally different than what I ordered or the sticker is correct but my order is completely wrong and when I tell them it's wrong they get upset and remake it worse than what it was before. I try to be cordial and sometimes I won't even complain...but some of the employees are so rude. I understand they get busy and Prob get frustrated because I'm sure they get many complaints..but you chose to work there and y'all are the ones getting the order wrong. The manager seems to have a little more patience than the employees... they Prob should fix their computer or get employees that actually want to work there.
