I have yet to understand why I wasted money at Starbucks in college. Dunkin is better by far in my opinion. And My favorite drink, Caramel Craze, is always done RIGHT! Good prices, great sanitation and health ratings, and even better flavor! Just be aware of the late night pick-ups. Some orders are served cold if you don't show up early enough for the fresh batch (for me, it was the Snackin Bacon - still delicious though).

Many of these will drop by this DD for coffee and donuts on a daily basis. With so many patriotic Americans in the community, you would think the DD management would pay more attention to the flag outside their store, especially with Memorial Day approaching. It was torn in many places so it didn’t happen overnight.On Sat, May 28th, I called the DD and asked to speak to a manager. Shift Leader Brandon Williams spoke to me. I expressed concern about the condition of the American flag flying outside their store. He politely listened. I offered to buy a new flag and replace theirs. He stated he thought there was another flag in the office but he didn’t have the authority to change it out. He would leave a note for the manager that the flag needed to be replaced. For the moment, I was satisfied.On Sunday, May 29th, I passed the DD and noticed the torn and tattered flag had not been replaced and was still flying. I called the store and happened to speak to Brandon again. I reiterated that the flag should not be flown in the condition it was in and especially with Monday being Memorial Day. He said he understood my concern but there was nothing he could do. He didn’t have the authority to change out the flag and added that he checked the flag in the office and it was torn as well so it couldn’t be used. It would have to wait until Tuesday when the manager was back on duty. After reiterating the need for the flag to be replaced for Memorial Day, Brandon said he would help and he would deal with the consequences of changing the flag without management approval. He was honest and acknowledged he didn’t know how to properly raise or lower the flag so I offered to teach him.I purchased a new flag and headed to the DD store. Upon arrival, I discussed with Brandon when and how to raise and lower the flag. He learned what each of the colors of the flag represent and how to properly fold the flag. And lastly, the respectful way a torn, tattered or soiled flag should be retired.Brandon showed genuine interest in learning and the willingness to teach others on his team what he had learned.BRAVO ZULU Brandon Williams!!
2 out of 3 times my drive-thru coffee order is made incorrectly. I'll be going to a different location from now on
Unorganized. My husband was scheduled an interview yesterday at 12:30. He went in and the hiring manager wasn't even there. They said she must've scheduled it wrong and she would be in the next day. Definitely not a great first impression. I don't think they need more people, I really think they just need a new manager. Why have they not fired her and found a new manager yet? Not only is she disrespectful and rude but she does illegal things as well, I used to work there so I would know.
Staff is always friendly, orders correct and ready for pickup when doing online orders. In the last week I have stopped at 2 other Dunkin in town. Never again! I'll drive out of my way to come to this Dunkin or go without.
I'm giving it 3 stars because had it not been for the young man at drive-thru they will be getting one and that would be just only so that I could post this post on the morning of 1/27/2022. Rhi and the other you g ladies where not pleasant. They where rude. The lady asked me at the window if I wanted anything with my coffee I said can I get 4 creamers and 4 sugars. Now that is not me saying I wanted it my coffee I would of liked them to add it. But they were busy so I asked for it for the side. Now when I get to the window. I get my coffee bur not my cream and sugar. Rhi gives me a 1 1/2 minute speech on how they make there specialty coffees and they don't do add ons. So after she finished I gave my 30 second speech on I never asked it to be added I asked for extra at the speaker. So now they take another 60 seconds to get 4 creamers and sugar. This is a 3min hold up that could of been avoided if people who serve are not so much mouth and teeth and take the time to listen and communicate.
I was doing door dash recently, and the woman that was working overnight was so sweet, and she was working by herself but managed to get the stuff out fast! You need more employees like that!
I can’t believe the customer service that I received. I went through drive thru to make an order …. I love my point and got to redeem 2 drinks. I add more to the order. I was told that I could redeem both drinks in the same order. Okay what ever. I’ve work in fast food when I was a teen, I understand different companies redeeming system . So I make them 2 separate orders. NEKAcame to the window to explain that the other girl didn’t know. So I ask if I could make it 2 separate orders. She told me I would have had to come back another time to redeem it and because it would be the same purchase for the car. Still don’t make sense because if I drive around to make just one redeeming order in the SAME car …. Why couldn’t I do it right there . So I decided to come in so it wasn’t the same car. NEKA had an attitude and wanted to make sure she took my order so she can feel power. ???????? NEKA are you the owner of dunkin now ???? . Was able to receive my order got home and realized that they didn’t make my order correct . She was so uptight about the redeeming rewards that she messed up with out apologizing. I told her that my order was wrong and then asked me if my order was wrong. I said yes I got 2 chocolate frosted donuts that ahe probably gave to another customer or put back on the racks and told her that I order Munkins . She asked what flavor I told her the flavors was on the receipt, she did not look at it because she wanted confrontation. After me not telling this wanna be boss NEKA. She walk away and someone else got my order correct.
They’ve always got great service that’s quick, I usually stop by on the weekend before work and everyone is friendly and professional while still being fast about the service
Had to go through the drive-thru and they don't even have a list of the donuts they sell there. The worker has to tell you and you have to stop them to say " yes that one" and then they have to start over. Asked if the lobby was open because honestly I couldn't hear the person that well through the speakers, he told me know there were only two people there so they had closed it. Plus they couldn't make any coffee of any kind because there again there were only two people working. I left and want go there again.Maybe it's not like that all the time so this is just my opinion. My recommendation is use your best judgment.
