For absolutely no reason they stopped delivering to my address when I live 2 minutes away and tip $3-$5 and they do service my area. Multiple wrong carryout orders. When I asked why they stop delivering to my area they said they don't know. I actively work at domino's at this very moment for manager Kelly Mendez in swansboro nc location and I know the reasons why a house could be removed for delivery and we are required to give an answer for why, if asked. Called several times to ask about it and hand to ask in person during a carryout pick up because noone answered the phones. 2 RINGS no more is our domino's rule with the phones. Straighten this store out because your lacking and making us all look bad. I mean you can't even get the store closed until 2-2:30 sometimes. What's going on.

One of the best and cleanest Domino's I've been to around the country. The last ten and only times I have been to this location, there were no mistakes in any way. I can't speak of there delivery because I haven't tried it yet. TIP: The $7.99 coupon works with multiple toppings on a SINGLE large carryout(pick up yourself) pizza. And when you couple that with the $3 carryout tip coupon code from a previous order within the following week, you can get a Large Pizza with the maximum amount of toppings(approximately 10-13) for $7.13 WITH tax.
I’ve been ordering pizza to be delivered from them for 5yrs tried to order delivery last week and was told they no longer deliver to my address anymore. When I asked to speak to the manager I was hung up on. I called back and was told the owner changed the delivery area. I see them deliver 4 houses down but not mine. I’ve always tipped the drivers $10 and given positive feedback on the surveys, and I ordered regularly every Friday for 5yrs. Since it’s clear the owner doesn’t care about loyal good customers I will never spend another penny at your business. I’ll be taking my business to New York Pizza since they actually care about their customers and good customer service.
I order from this location often. Whether I pick it up or have it delivered the employees at this particular store are fast and courteous. But the very best part of my experiences with them is that I have never had a reason to complain...CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT? I have NEVER gotten messed up food, they've NEVER forgotten my soda or anything, for that matter, wrong. They have NEVER taken more than 30 minutes and they are ALWAYS friendly. There's not place I've been to in Jacksonville that has accomplished doing a great job on every order this quickly, efficiently and with such kindness. THEY ROCK!

To start off the employees of this store are rude! My roommate ordered food before i did and her food was burnt! She called and made a complaint and they sent her new food out. My fiancé and I ordered food and our cheese dip was burnt so bad it was burnt to the bottom. It’s chunky and full of grease. We called to make a complaint as well but because my roommate previously made a complaint they wouldn’t do anything for us. Said the food was made to their “standards”. If you call this your standards than you need to go back to training. I have never seen food come out of a restaurant this bad. They only had the thought of us trying to get free food. We only called to let them know they need to do better! Not one but two completely different orders come out burnt.
I’m currently on the phone with them now! I ordered at 8:12 I was supposed to receive my order at 8:40 I called after it was 9:00 and was told the driver “probably” was behind. It’s now 9:39pm and I asked to speak to a manager and I have been on the phone for 9 minutes smh! Very unprofessional and they definitely don’t value their customers! I only order from Domino’s and I moved from DC to NC and I must say NC service stinks! I also took screenshots because I don’t like to do this and I’m no liar! Oh and it’s 10:46 pm and I have been to McDonald’s and back and no one has given a call or still haven’t come my husband and children said!
Never received my food after 3 1/2 hours of waiting. Store wouldn’t pick up phone when I wanted a refund.
Very busy place but adequately staffed, it's to be expected being around a military base. Food was hot, fresh and awesome. Customer service was excellent.
